Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading customer engagement software provider, announces that on 28 November 2019 Mike Neville, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 104,017 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Neville now has a beneficial interest in 686,565 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
