sp sold off today - don't know of any reason.

IC:

forward PE once subtracting net cash of 9m is around 9.

Increasing divi and looking to acquire to step-change earnings. Unless there's bad news in the offing I will be adding on the dip.

Great to hear that from the horses mouth and I'm particularly pleased to hear of your voluntary work - so nice when those who've succeeded are willing to generously give to our society.

I'm very pleased with how it's going. There is an exceptionally strong board as well as a fantastic management team in the company, all built up with people both from the original Telephonetics side and the newer Netcall side of the business. I still have a significant chunk of shares though it is now below the notifiable threshold and hence the recent announcement. I continue to have great confidence in the company's ability to maximise the value both of the world-class technology developed over the years (and continuing to be developed) and also in the brilliantly talented pool of individuals that have helped drive the company forward so far. It may no longer be my baby but it's certainly maturing into one hell of a great business as it makes the transition from adolescence into adulthood. Don't be surprised to see the growth continue quite some way yet.

This is a real British success story and I'm proud to have been a part of it. I'm now doing voluntary work as a STEM ambassador in schools, helping inspire todays kids to embrace technology and to create more success stories like Netcall.

Their announcement states they have a tier 1 telco already using the cloud DSS-PCI card payment solution. Question from me is did they have this as a non cloud solution before or is this brand new revenue opportunity?

Not many people at the AGM today - in fact only me although apparently there was one guy in reception who had not been advised the meeting had started. As it was over in 15 minutes it finished before he found out!

But there is a report on the meeting on the ShareSoc Members Network.
