Simon Thompson recommendation Netcall (NET) has reported successful trading in the six months to December with revenues ahead by 12 per cent to £8.16m and profits 46 per cent higher at £1.34m. The company ended the period with more than £8m in the bank. Buy

Continuing to be recommended by Investors Chronicle. Their summary states:-
"Two years ago Simon Thompson highlighted the potential of Netcall's shares at 13p (Queuebusters, 17 January 2011) and last reiterated his buy advice at 31p (Jumping the gun: take two, 15 January 2013). On a forward PE ratio of 13 (net of cash worth 7p a share), they continue to rate a buy."

Bluebelle, yes you are quite right. A pe of 14 isnt dear and PEG obviously is very cheap but from my point of view i just feel that i should have wised up to NET alot earlier.

I'll watch for now. GLA.

Great growth in tough times. To have a cash reserve of £8M puts them in a very healthy place in these times of indebted companies being at the mercy of creditors.

Inconceivable to me that the share price can remain below 40p for much longer.

As we've all said, you have to relax something these days and I don't think a forward pe NOW of 14 is a deal breaker in terms of ZULU criteria given how many of the other boxes this ticks.

Three notes out this morning, Northland,Merchant and FinnCap. The latter the most detailed,slight upgrade which it says is conservative. Target price raised to 44p, but that could see uplift when the the cash is deployed.

Great set of results but forward pe now 14 or so. Unfortuately this is one i've missed. I should have spotted this earlier. Does qualify nicely as a 'zulu' cambo too as you previously stated.

Looking very solid, like the recurring revenue stream and the strong cash position. Should be interesting to see the Broker comments regarding the full year numbers.

Interims in:-"Trading was comfortably in line with expectations during the first six months of the financial year. Netcall enjoys a growing pipeline, a high proportion of recurring revenues and an expanding product portfolio as a result of introducing new solutions and the acquisition of Serengeti. In addition our financial strength provides us with the ability to continue investing in growth. Therefore, whilst the Board is mindful of the prevailing economic climate it remains confident in achieving a successful outcome for the year."

LBO, v useful summary page, thanks! Bought into these early last week in anticipation of a decent trading statement. Fundamentals and cash pile v encouraging in a difficult market, think this share has legs. Fundamentals similar to PHTM and hoping for a similar run. Not many shares out there that tick these boxes and open to any thoughts.

sp continuing to look very solid - this one's a gem of which there are few about.
