31/1/2006 17:31 | SRSM He terminated his contract [in the RNS] so there would be no pay out. If he was being paid on a day to day system then any work else where would look attractive. I say to him, Good luck and thank you for your work with NMT. Its more than can be said of the new board as we have only had bad news from them since their take-over. What have they done? Stopped talks with Zi Medical. Lost [for all we know] the LOI and what it could have brought. Not a good record for "Shareholder Value". pc | pc4900074200
31/1/2006 17:16 | I'm surprised that he was still the CEO. I had assumed he was demoted at takeover with JL running the show (which of course he was). I think the emphasis on a lack of payoff is interesting. Clearly a nod to the mob who believed that 'Real NMT' were wasting cash but I thought they would pay him a Golden Goodbye with a confidentiality clause. I wonder if he will tell his side of the story (suspect not). So, was the LOI deal really bad and a non starter that VLE sensibly stopped (not unreasonable possibility)? Were the Far East company simply stringing NMT along to steal the design? (If so, we may see 2nd Gen lookalikes appearing soon). What has happened to the Marketing Trial PreFill option? Did VLE deliberately stop the syringe projects (if so, why have they continued to employ GC and others until now (perhaps they were working notice periods)). Will the other technical people now be made redundant? Not sure how many there are. At least with the recent newspaper articles and all the grief PI's have given VLE they know they are under a spotlight. | srsm

31/1/2006 17:02 | Three to one on the board now. Will we be hearing of more resigning? "Shareholder Value". That will save a few more pennies? Do we now need three Directors and an Non-ex? pc Edit: I make it that we have more directors than staff. | pc4900074200

31/1/2006 16:53 | Moved on to another job. You could be thinking 'sinking ship'. IMO it is a reflextion of the board that have control. 'Chalk and cheese'. 'Don't see eye to eye'. The point of this means that I feel that we are a lot nearer to knowing what they are planning to do with NMT assets and where shareholders figure in the equation. pc | pc4900074200
31/1/2006 16:49 | it probably means he was sick of being told not to spend a penny moving the company forward as kalms and cronies want it all to themselves. | jurgen klinnsman

30/1/2006 15:48 | And I wonder if it will be? "We have forced sufficient shareholders to sell through not saying anything or gaining any deals. Aided with the raising of the bid price while keeping the offer low. [Enticing more shareholders to sell but no one to buy]. Now we feel that the time is right to take what is left of you to the cleaners and take out NMT and take the pot of money that is left. Oh and by the way, thank you for all the money!!" pc Edit: All so, sorry for the loss of 27% of the value of your shares since we took control. | pc4900074200

29/1/2006 10:04 | As the saying goes? "What goes round, comes round". Volvere used the media as a tool in August / September last year to encourage shareholders to vote for them with the now famous quote of? "Shareholder Value". Now, where the new management have refused too speak to Shareholders, they are having to make statements to the press. While they give shareholders the 'cold shoulder' it looks as if more activist investors are moving in. IMHO this can only do good for the small shareholder. Are things warming up for Volvere? They have issued through the RNS system [25th Jan. 2006] that they have discontinued discussions with ZI and on the same day issued another RNS [after trading hours] that they have no other discussions on the table. This tells NMT shareholders that the 'Letter of Intent' which was signed a year ago this month is a 'dead duck'. Pressure is mounting Volvere? What are your intentions? Where is the "Shareholder Value" that you promised shareholders? pc | pc4900074200 |
