23/1/2006 22:08 | 25October you are correct. The 100k trade went through at 11:25:57 am 19th Jan. 2006. Code number: 404LCAQ306 @ 0.50p, marked as a sell. There was another trade on the same day in the afternoon for 50k. Marked as a T trade. Code number: 404LFQC406 @ 0.505p, marked as a sell. The next nearest large trade was the previous day [18/01/2005] for 50k @ 0.51p and that was a T trade. You then have to go back to the 13th for a 25k T trade. The date looks to have been reported incorrectly. Looks to me, we will see another RNS in the morning to correct this? I will not be sending another email to the T/O panel. LOL. It was nice to see that it was a buy, or have they got that wrong as well? Regards. pc :-] Added 23:43pm. I have received no answer to the email [sent in December] or letter / email copy sent over a week ago. | pc4900074200
23/1/2006 21:08 | Pc - the trade is reported in the RNS as being on 20 Jan, I have no record of any large trade on 20 Jan but do note a 100k trade on 19th Jan - I hope they have not got the date wrong or is there another trade still to be reported - I doubt it! | 25october1969
23/1/2006 19:34 | Several days late. May-be the email to T/O Panel helped? pc Edit: In the RNS, its down as a buy???? On the day of trade, it was a sell???? | pc4900074200

20/1/2006 13:18 | Under the provisions of Rule 8.1 of the Code, all "dealings" in " relevant sercurities" of [ the offeror or of] the offeree company by the offeror or the offeree company, or by any of their respective "associates", must be disclosed by no later than 12.00 noon [London time] on the London business day following the date of the relevant transaction. 100,000 sold yesterday???? 14/1/2006 17:36 | Keep in mind that the Annual Report will be published in April or thereabouts. We should see what they are spending on themselves then. Also, the two main technical people are still employed ie G Crowther and their main syringe guru (a chap called Martin (don't know Surname) - I spoke to him on the phone just before Xmas). So, the syringe business is still in being presumably. | srsm
14/1/2006 10:32 | Pc I wish I could make a sensible suggestion as to what NMT's retail shareholders could do to rid the company of its present malaise and management. The way they replied to WB's attempts to contact them, and to yours, is unforgivable. I've attempted to do some research on this fellow Gold. I've spoken to a couple of friends who know of him and one informs me he has a tendency to try and emulate his namesake spelt without the 'l'. That as it maybe, the fact that NMT is an AIM listed company made it susceptible to the kind of agro' entrepreneurial takeover that gave the Lander brothers a free reign. The one thing I could never understand is why the institutional shareholders at the time let it happen. The previous management is not completely blameless either. I always had the impression they believed they were negotiating for contracts from a position of strength with potential customers, in effect they negotiated themselves out of contracts by trying to be too greedy. Six years ago my family concern secured a contract that was worthless so far as profit was concerned, since, the contract has been renegotiated three times and is now the core profit side of the business. Not being a shareholder any longer I could be accused of speaking out of turn, the only suggestion I can make is put NMT behind you and move on. Karma will eventually show itself, in circumstances such as this where ignorance and disregard for all except ones own benefit, comeuppance day is always only just around the corner. (Try CRX for a mover in the near future, but DYOR). PC-49 | pc-49
13/1/2006 20:07 | PC-49 I thought that but needed to clarify that my use of what had been posted was an example that the Directors can speak to shareholders if they choose. As they have not chose to speak to all shareholders my view is that their intentions are not honourable and our original suspicions look to have some ground. The question is where do we go from here? pc | pc4900074200
13/1/2006 19:41 | pc re:- post 7115 The inference was not that 25th was involved in any underhandedness, it was purely a statement to confirm your reasoning that management were duty bound to relay what they had to say to ALL retail shareholders as I take 25th to be. Personally I can think of no reason for management to contact individual shareholders unless they have an alterior motive for so doing. The new management has admitted that the chairman can't even build a computer (which is childs play) yet takes on a company involved in high tech' medical equipment. Just who are they kidding? The cash pile is the honey-pot, and has been all along!!!!!!!!!!!!! PC-49 sn | pc-49
13/1/2006 17:25 | Nothing changed then......... A belated...... Happy new Year ZZZZZZ zzzzzzzz | waldorfo
