It's perfectly possible that better stuff will happen. But it's years and years since those oil assets were sold and nothing good has happened since. An immense amount of value has disappeared from your company.

EezyMunny I think you could be proven wrong, wait and see. Yes, I have bought and tucked away though not at the price you was insinuating earlier. May buy more if the price drops a tad. Best of luck to all.

Babbler - they have had at least 2 offers which in themselves are way more than the market cap. This is just a buy and tuck away story. Management may be corrupt but this is AIM.

Don't tell me. You bought into a big spike here and now seek to defend your idea, despite clear evidence that perhaps it was a bad one?

Try looking at cash and tangible book value over the last 4 or 5 years. Add up how much value has been sucked out of this in these related party transactions, then report back to the class.

Record shows they been selling at a profit. So no reason to assume they can't do it again. Its very easy to be downbeat when you don't know the facts. None of us do, we are only speculating. But then again if you don't have confident in management then sell and go elsewhere. There is deffo value here, how it will be realised remains to be seen. Best wishes.

Yes well they sold a lot of oil assets a while back.

That left them with a big cash pile. That cash pile was largely used to buy (apparently) rusty old ships from related parties, that have never been used since. So if they do manage to sell some more assets you have to ask, IMO, if you as a minority shareholder are going to benefit from that or whether related party deals, cough, will, once again, impoverish you horribly!

what about the oil asset they are about to sell... you seem obsessed by rusty ships. imo.

I am new to this share (so no Sherlock ;-). Can someone explain share conversion please, at what price, when and how it benefits us. I did my own mental calculations and it does appear to be a no brainer. What am I missing and why the share price is far below the NAV? Any views would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Interest on four fronts here. Just needs a bit more patience.
Sale of oil assets.
Sale of ships.
Share conversions.
A bid.

because they are in negotiations for selling some of their assets so I guess they can't?

Is this scam then ?

I mean if they have tons of cash worth multiples of share price why are directors and those in the know not piling into this with every penny ?
