09/6/2008 08:58 | i like wild dreams but usually only occur in my dreams zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz | fatfish
09/6/2008 07:59 | Quid, I will certainly go along with NSO having made *glacial speed progress so far but I still think there is now a reasonable chance of visible progress being made and I was guessing at a share price above 1p and possibly up to 2p in the next 6 - 12 months. 10p by the end of year definitely comes under my "wildest dreams" category :) IMO *Glaciers are starting to melt a lot faster...... | eternaloptimist
09/6/2008 07:33 | Can't see it myself. Any new rig will take funds to build and years to come on stream. By the time they build up the critical mass to deploy dozens of these, the north sea oil will be pretty much pumped dry. If they were making better progress, I might be more impressed but the highlight of the last twelvemonth has been the nearly sale of the Gib op. Not good enough. Quiddy | quidnunc
09/6/2008 07:14 | I guess Richard, having quite a few himself already, kindly allowed Nigel to buy first. "I reiterate: NSO share price could hit 10p by year end. (IMO of course -- PDYOR)." 2magpies, I suspect that might be a "little" optimistic although as it would leave me about £170k better off then I would be extremely happy to grovel on the floor and applaud your better judgment if you prove to be correct :-) I do feel pretty confident though that they will be significantly higher. (warning - looking at the sorry state of some of my portfolio's shares then I have to admit my confidence has been badly misplaced at times so DYOR) | eternaloptimist
09/6/2008 06:29 | How did Nige manage to get them @ a better price? Anyway Rich paid 0.85 It should be plain to all of us: the directors are very sure that NSO is going places. They are even buying ABOVE the market. I reiterate: NSO share price could hit 10p by year end. (IMO of course -- PDYOR). | 2magpies
09/6/2008 06:04 | Every little helps :) Nature Technology Solutions Limited (the 'Company') Director Shareholding The Company announces that it was informed on 6 June that, on that date, Richard Eldridge purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.85p per share and Nigel Sandy purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.65p per share. Following these acquisitions, the shareholdings of the relevant directors in the Company are as follows: Name No. of shares Percentage of issued share capital R. Eldridge 30,750,000 6.19% N. Sandy 1,750,000 0.35% | eternaloptimist
07/6/2008 14:07 | Certainly sittng on the 50%(currently only 30%) profit in strong belief of step up. Realistically on the finals unlikely to drop down to previous levels. Appreciate others need to realise their profits but I've sold before retracement too many times in the past. | jcpete5
06/6/2008 16:03 | jcpete5 As I have posted a while back, I believe NSO could get to 10p by year end. Strictly IMO of course. Managemnet are not sitting on their hands. As soon as NSO technology 'clicks' into position worldwide in the Oil sector (booming), as well as the waste management sector - both facets with the clear emphasis on environment preservation -- IMO there could be significant re-rating. | 2magpies
06/6/2008 11:23 | :) I noted the 250000 buy yesterday at .8p but resisted suggesting was another dir buy. Don't want to be accused of ramping again. Why so small- a mere £900 a piece-all mm's prepared to sell at that price. Still maintain my previously stated view that NSO due significant rise. | jcpete5
06/6/2008 11:23 | q Directors buying at these levels suggests they see it as a mojor turning point for the Co. It is no longer just an entity with a promising idea/technology: now it's earning real $$$. Re deals in the offing: they have already done their bit by mentioning discussions with various parties. | 2magpies
05/6/2008 07:20 | Wake me up before you go HD. Directors buying doesn't seem to impress the market. Suggests no closed period Suggests no further deals in immediate offing QED time for snooze button Quiddy | quidnunc
04/6/2008 21:03 | As we all do H D. Do pop in again so can share ure analysis of 4 yrs of RNS that prompted u to sell. Always keen to learn. | jcpete5
04/6/2008 20:25 | Thanks riddlerone I will pop in occasionally if only to keep Q awake . jcpete5 May have sold early but made a profit and thats what I do it for . | h d shoring
04/6/2008 19:31 | The reason i can see why the directors bought shares is that they need accumulatively with other parties to hold a controling interest in the company to fend off any aggresive acquisitive action. With the issue of options etc they need to top up to keep the % to the right level. They also could use this to apply a management buyout if ever they deemed it in their best interest.HD i bid you farewell and will see you in 6 months time...regds Micky(not an MM) | riddlerone
04/6/2008 18:44 | and have u sold early? :) IMHO of course | jcpete5
04/6/2008 18:25 | jcpete5 .not a mm far from it -just a poor old retired civil engineer trying to make a few bob on shares. Suggest you read the rns for last 4 years you might just learn something ,analysing them will do you good .Over and out for 3 months . | h d shoring
04/6/2008 16:36 | held these quite a while it just amused me that a director spending £1800 is classed as a buy signal i mean a director!!! crikey i would feel embarassed spending such a huge amount especially on his salary however he does have a fair few all told some people just read tooooo deep instead of seeing it as a little light hearted humour | fatfish
04/6/2008 15:07 | Interesting accusation-will leave it to BB to judge. Perhaps u could answer q I posed to blubberfish.... Do u work for a MM? or just a PI who followed the trend of last few yrs and sold without analysing the Finals. Done the same with other stock mate. Really grates but be satisfied with ure 50% profit and put it down to experience, OK | jcpete5
04/6/2008 14:52 | fed up with 3 celtic name jcpete5 or just a mate of his ?? | h d shoring
04/6/2008 14:19 | :) Find directors buys between £1000-£10000 on aim companies usually result in significant rise. U don't work for MM's by any chance? Accepted some rather large buy orders that ure struggling to fill at a price u wished u hadn't offered :) Nobody selling? Shame. Sure u have the sympathy of the whole bulletin board. | jcpete5
04/6/2008 14:01 | yep they both spent £1800 that should really send out a buy signal WOW | fatfish
04/6/2008 12:43 | More director buys-that should lite the touch paper. Buckle up and enjoy the ride :) | jcpete5
04/6/2008 12:30 | Cat and mouse :) | jcpete5
04/6/2008 10:17 | See you at .5p ? again folks .Good luck if they keep moving up though . | h d shoring |
