Anyone argue against the thought that the share price is being dropped for the next placing? Silly really, because the shares are continually falling and there's always the next placing. Be careful. |

Posted at 21/1/2025 09:34 by helpfull A great surprise for some.They didn't even know about this debt. (Or even the €10 million bond debt that is outstanding). Anyhoo. A nice little CLN which will take £30,000+ a year to pay. And another 12,747,666,666 shares. Taken at, ostensibly, 0.0024p. A 20% premium, which also means that the lender was glad to get what it did, and places little value on the company shares. I expect the shares to be sold at any price. No lock in period announced. Be careful. |

Issuing shares at a premium. Some might think that the "asset" has been overpriced. But not me. The mug punter will be salivating all the way to a lower share price. Be careful. |

He is one of many who appear over the years thinking the share price can't go any lower. And yet it does. He needs your money to recover his losses. Bear that in mind when reading his posts. On February 2018 there were 402,003,697 shares in issue for Echo Energy. Today, 402,003,697 would cost £10,050. Different name over the door, same players. Be careful. |
