Blimey Larney it stands to reason they are not large enough and need to be part of a larger organisation and with their product and new contracts will fit well

I was just looking at year end results 2010 compared to 2009, i can see the business is growing, but Y/E 2009 they had £400k in cash, Y/E 2010 only £5k in cash, so i assume they will need a cash call, but then if that was the case why would FD be buying at this price, when if a placing was needed he could probably buy at a discount.so ;

1; they don't need cash and are now self financing

2; they do need cash, but a placing at a premium to todays SP

3; they release some very good news, share price goes up, then announce placing.

Any views?

Just tried to sell a few of these with a limit at 13.5p via Hargreaves Lansdown. Deal killed. What's the current spread?

Not according to the ADVFN ratings.

I'm the only one who has rated it at all.
