06/2/2011 11:25 | I was just looking at year end results 2010 compared to 2009, i can see the business is growing, but Y/E 2009 they had £400k in cash, Y/E 2010 only £5k in cash, so i assume they will need a cash call, but then if that was the case why would FD be buying at this price, when if a placing was needed he could probably buy at a discount.so ; 1; they don't need cash and are now self financing 2; they do need cash, but a placing at a premium to todays SP 3; they release some very good news, share price goes up, then announce placing.
