The trouble is the death spiral finance sounds so amazing to the management, they get the money to expand and the financier gets a guaranteed return in the cash. And during the arrangement stage the conversation would be all "don't worry" as it's so amazing the market will recognise the growth and the share price will go up and there will be less dilution blah blah blah. Trouble is that's short lived and anyone with any sense won't touch it with a barge pole, and you end up with the death spiral being enacted. They would have been better just doing an equity raise at a discount, shareholders would have been annoyed, but would have seen it as an investment for growth. Ps, there's no chance of suspension, why would there be. Just because the share price is sinking into oblivion due to the death spiral is no reason. Savvy traders can make a Bob or two between rounds of the death spiral, but that's what you are stuck with until it's finished.

I find this to be a positive update. Their plans look exactly right to me and if successful, we will likely have a 10 bagger here. They need to get the new app right though. Only time will tell. Will continue to hold and wait for the fireworks.

The trick will be can they grow revenues on Napster, ‘21 is same as 2020 which was $96m so flat. Growth in this metric is crucial if the share price is to grow.
