Don't get me wrong here, the other 2 x RNS were good solid progress at NAPS, just the sort of thing shareholders would welcome to add value, but the management went for the easy money of death spiral, and in the next 12 months that will be a major anchor on the share price.

As i said all good news due out now. This is going to be a good company going forward . NAPSTER name is a world wide brand that alone is worth a lot of money. People WILL USE THE APP . As they trust the name NAPSTER people will be loyal as well remembering the days when we all had free music . THIS COMPANY WILL BE BIG IN A YEAR OR TWO AS WELL. WAY UNDERVALUED AT THIS PRICE 4p is fair value.

Let's be honest nobody likes convertible loans but perhaps that was all they could do at this point.

I genuinely didn't notice the initial RNS.
They have great ambition, perhaps it might yet work out, but certainly it isn't ideal.

The acquisition of the Napster streaming service in December 2020 has enabled the Group to accelerate its subscription-based revenue model which now boasts more than 5 million users (including subscribers from PaaS services) worldwide. Proforma revenues from the Napster streaming service and Melody VR service combined totalled $96 million in 2020 and during January 2021 generated monthly revenues of c. $8m.

This newly created role follows the acquisition of Napster and subsequent formation of the Napster Group.
