You might have been forgiven for thinking that all the much publicised problems over at Spotify might mean a huge boos for competitors, but there seems no interest in the stock at all.

I bought a modest, post Napster holding but let s be clear : music VR was a fanciful idea; and a listing on NASDAQ, the NASDAQ growth mkt; or even survival are all long shots. But, strange things happen - Elton John once had a wife.

Maybe an offer will come in before the final hour? If I was Spotify (or similar) I could take NAPS out with small change before it reaches the NASDAQ.

Spotify 44BN market cap. Why take the risk of a US listing?

Offering maybe 10p per share (250-300 Million) would be sensible for an existing US competitor you would have thought.
