12/12/2021 07:37 | To be honest this is Fraud at its best . Plus nothing will happen or investigated. They are getting million and million of pounds free. On totally false pretence... | goforgold1
10/12/2021 13:06 | Well well! | david gruen
08/12/2021 15:30 | You could be right. Mentally written off now. Made more in GDR and CTEA today than I've potentially lost in this, so well worth holding on. :-) | david gruen
08/12/2021 15:27 | David I think he’s saying it will never happen and be too costly. MVR have only a very small offering in VR already and a tiny capability to scale it. There is no USP and Matchett has failed miserably at every turn and lost almost every last ounce of investors money. | longtallsally
07/12/2021 17:13 | I agree. I think it will be blended. The two subscription capabilities rolled into one. Just need a bog name or two to sign up to the VR thing and we're off to the races. | david gruen
07/12/2021 17:07 | David the MVR experience was not great, being able to add that to every artist on the app will be far beyond Napsters reach imo | crosswires
07/12/2021 15:45 | Have you not had the Melody VR experience? That's its USP. | david gruen
07/12/2021 08:49 | Term, do you not concede that the US will very likely value NAPS at a significant premium to AIM? | david gruen
07/12/2021 00:20 | No-one answered 739 or pointed to their potentially big mistake: > You don't have to sell before delisting. You'll still hold the shares in a private company. They'll show in your portfolio as zero value. > If the company manages to relist in USA you'll be able to sell the shares at that time, if your broker can deal in USA (example interactive investor can) > IMPORTANT!! Your shares will not be worth 1p each on delisting. That's the nominal value and is irrelevant when buying/selling I've been in this position once before, and made the wrong choice. I traded OCZ Technology for a small profit when they announced delisting from AIM. They subsequently floated on NASDAQ and 300-bagged from their lowest AIM price, within 3 years. They're now worth zero as they went bust. So it's not necessarily important how profitable a business does NAPS have, it's more a question of how much can they persuade the market they're the next big thing. My past experience means I'm watching with interest. Might put some punt money here. | bozzy_s
06/12/2021 22:26 | japan is stockpiling coal for hydrogen manufacturing allegedly...but really its to heat their homes when the grand solar minimum intensifies..i can see a stockmarket collapse in the hi tech renewables when folk realise they are pretty much useless during a cold sun winter...oil,gas and coal will be king again..oh and dont forget cornish tin and copper ! strategic minerals isa good bet, vast resources, block energy and edenville for coal | iceagefarmer
06/12/2021 22:07 | Must try harder Steve. | david gruen
06/12/2021 21:54 | Whenever there is a poorly written bearish article that needs to be supported by a decline in share price Terminator is there. | david gruen
06/12/2021 21:30 | Smart money or gambling money? All the best, I hope it works out for you | danmart2
06/12/2021 20:58 | Correct. The smart money is loading up. Each to their own. | david gruen
06/12/2021 18:54 | Each investor makes his/her own decisions! | smcl
06/12/2021 18:40 | If and it’s an if they ever list in the USA; there will be a funding raise which means your shares will be further diluted I can see the argument for buy now and wait 18 months for the USA listing to play out; but I think there are some considerable challenges and potential pitfalls. If your going to buy Napster shares now to put away in the bottom draw, your effectively taking a gamble on a long shot. All the best | danmart2
06/12/2021 14:43 | might even attract a bidder at these prices | iceagefarmer
06/12/2021 14:42 | Can someone explain to me like a 5 year old what is going on with the voting etc. please? If I bought this stock now, do I HAVE to sell if a vote is passed to delist or can I hold? Delisting price would be 1p per share correct? I see this as a no brainer but I would like to buy and hold beyond delisting to get a piece of this stock before it lists in the USA. | genierub
06/12/2021 14:42 | took a massive punt here before delist At these fraction-of-a-penny prices it's well and truly in day trader territory. Wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of pump & dump attempt before it delists. | iceagefarmer |
