I suggest given the 'upbeat potential' that Cave and his cohort intimated here that those on lse should chip in and raise about £10k and do some exploratory research on who NNN said they had possible economic ventures with.

This would mean raising a Norwich Pharmacal Order. It would put the fear of business continuation with those who may have been aparty to this definitely corrupt outfit. Below is a synopsis of a NPO.

What is the use of Norwich Pharmacal Relief?
A Norwich Pharmacal Order is a type of remedial order delivered by the Court which compels a respondent to disclose information of both wrongdoings and wrongdoers "who seek to hide behind the mask of anonymity". [1] They are normally used to help identify a defendant so that legal action may be brought against them.31 Mar 2023

Best of luck.

Don't let this be another Sirius Minerals who were in cahoots with the Qatar royal family and Anglo American.
And screwed honest people. I'm sure in time the potash will end up greening the deserts for the wealthy. Paid for by those who need to realise they are seen as cattle.

Go get them.

ASAP!

Yes but that's just from individual posters. Your 'excellent news' comment was to everybody. No more from me but you have gone down in my estimation.

If Big Denise was the only person who'd loss money then you'd have a point but he/she isn't. Furthermore there's a big difference when a stock has dived, it can recover and people can cut their loss. When a stock has gone into liquidation there is no coming back. I reiterate you are out of order.

Why is it excellent news that the company has gone into liquidation and PIs have lost all their money. Its one thing to warn to stay away from certain companies (I do it all the time) and quite another when celebrating people's losses.

Talk on LSE about needing 75% vote. This is not true. The company has proposed a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation there is no voting procedure for shareholders.

Needless to say all shareholders would vote no to liquidation.

The worse possible news not even administration but liquidation. There is nothing coming back for shareholders.
