At least you can rely on the lunatics on lse to try and spin this as positive ;-) Apparently "gobbled up by ETX". It's clear that none of them have done any research on how etx do placings. Same with the "they must be close as its a small amount". Don't let the fact that they couldn't get any more than that put them off huh, or that none of the directors bought a signed placing share between them even at a massive discount.

It looks like sells now drying up, so could well be Lanstead have just reduced holding only and TR-1 yesterday is confirming this?

The RNS that confirms Lanstead are selling should be the queue for all PIs to exit. Lanstead has another 503 million shares to shift and the silence on the corporate front for four months is indicative that no commercial details are in place despite being told there were seven verticals.

Ever since this company raised its profile during the pandemic it has been an unmitigated disaster. Academic brilliance does not necessarily translate into commercial brilliance.

This stock is now heading for the 0.1p range. SELL.

There is still one working day left in 2022 to file for administration. Just enough time for the directors to finish off selling all their shares then make the announcement in the New Year.

Seriously though the three months silence is clearly linked to the selling.

Shares are being sold and they appear to be coming from one source. Somebody is dedicated to buying them and I don't believe its PIs. Something is going on here that I can't quite work out. I thought it might have been a placing but now I'm not so sure. Whatever happens they'll be no news here until this process is over.
