21/11/2005 11:24 | There you go, they've exercised their warrants. Hopefully that should be enough money for the new DMS, then the diamonds will really start flying in. But I guess now we have to sit round and wait for the next set of results before anyone finds out about it | maxmol
17/11/2005 21:39 | Thanks Barty - I hadn't seen the trading. | sunshine57
17/11/2005 17:34 | Sunshine It's not rocket science, there were three small sells today, and not a single buy. Hence the mark down | bartyboy
17/11/2005 16:20 | Any idea Maxmol why these have dropped today....? Hopefully thet will be up and away again tomorrow. | sunshine57

15/11/2005 17:59 | Brian Moritz was re-elected as a director at the A.G.M. on the 28th Oct. 2005. | maxmol
15/11/2005 16:03 | Can anyone tell me if Moritz is still involved in this or just a shareholder? | flc
06/11/2005 21:31 | The Capex will be funded in two ways. Firstly the ongoing revenue stream from the current mining operation, and secondly the excercising of the director's share options which are due at the end of December 2005, this should push a nice chunk of cash into the coffers. The cash flows at the moment are all very positive and I can't see them going back to the city for more money unless they need an investment to fund much larger growth. | maxmol
04/11/2005 14:25 | " When the second 100 ton per hour plant and additional field screen are purchased in Jan 06 " How are they going to fund the Capex Max? | ianwc
04/11/2005 14:09 | sunshine57 - 2 Nov'05 - 18:21 - 1829 of 1830 Any idea why it might have dropped today Maxmol? .................... maxmol - 2 Nov'05 - 23:52 - 1830 of 1830 Not enough people buying. .................... LOL, excellent analysis!:-)) | bartyboy
02/11/2005 23:52 | Not enough people buying. It should improve when we get a mention in the Telegraph when a wider audiance will see how many diamonds we are getting,it should be in before end of 2005. | maxmol
02/11/2005 18:21 | Any idea why it might have dropped today Maxmol? | sunshine57
31/10/2005 14:10 | Thanks Maxmol,very interesting. | mjcferguson
31/10/2005 12:58 | mjcferguson..At the moment the nature of the material being mined is very difficult to process but a throughput of between 40 tons to 70 tons is being achieved. This throughput has produced the 4,197 carats this financial year up to 24th Oct. This will increase to about 120 tons an hour when drier product is processed in future outside of the West Saltztal salt pan. This will apply particularly to the East Saltztal where historic sampling has indicated an average stone size of 0.75 carats. If you double the first 6 months results you will get a rough estimate of 47 for the P. Ratio. When the second 100 ton per hour plant and additional field screen are purchased in Jan 06 this could increase production with drier product to process say 3 fold, which could make a P. Ratio of about 16/20, which would be very good for a new diamond mining company. The present cash and cash flow will be sufficent to purchase the new equipment in Jan 06. With the above increase in size of the Company, larger output of diamonds and continued exspansion, this is why I expect a share price of £2 within two years. If and when we here about the extra areas to mine this Company could be worth my estimate of £3 per share and be ready to be taken over. As always D.Y.O.R. | maxmol
30/10/2005 11:13 | Thanks Maxmol, your posts are always informative.I would be interested in how you get to a share price of £2.Present production only seems to equate to a annual turnover of $1.1m before expenses and amortisation. The interim results, while showing a move into profits,do not give the impression of any bonanza. I presume you see the improvement coming from an increase in scale and also more efficent production as expertise grows? Is presently cash flow going to be sufficent to fund growth? | mjcferguson
29/10/2005 01:51 | At yesterdays AGM PR was raised, the following is about to happen. A web site is going to be produced, it is hoped to be completed in 2 weeks time, also the company is to do its best to get some National Newspaper coverage before Christmas. The second 100 ton per hour plant and additional field screen should be purchased by Jan 06 to enable testing of the lower end of the Saltztal West ephemeral stream to see how far the diamond source continues along its 3.5 Km length. The width of this valley is 100 metres and this is where they are mining at the present time producing very good results, as indicated in yesterdays RNS.This will enable the first 100 ton per hour plant to concentrate on sorting diamonds full time, weather permiting. The vibes at the AGM as regards the meeting with the Minister of Mines and Engery was very positive, but no real details given. The average number of carats over the last 8 months is now 525 carats per month and the average size has increased to 0.61 carats, over the past two months. From a previous RNS number 4850C dated 01 Sept. 04 (Namibian estimates the diamonds in the small Saltztal block should realise a received value per carat of US$200-US$250.) this was baised on an average stone size of 0.59 carats. In this financial year up to 24th Oct. 4,197 carats have been found with an average size of 0.59 carats. With the above number of diamonds found in the first 8 months of this financial year it could have generated a received value to the company of at least 839,400 US$. I think a share price of £2 within 2 years is obtainable with only the present areas to mine. If the meetings with the Minister obtain other areas to mine and the Company then expands to cover them, I think a share price of £3 per share may be achievable within 2 years- heres hoping!! | maxmol
28/10/2005 12:06 | Urmm does anyone else see the news as promising, very quiet here. maxmol, i liked your comments on the AFD site so followed you here. Keep up the good informed posts. Thank you | spen45
27/10/2005 23:45 | So do I. Thankyou. | maxmol
27/10/2005 19:25 | Hope you are right maxmol- Good luck! | sunshine57
27/10/2005 17:36 | With AGM tomorrow there could be an RNS before 11.00 in the morning, I am expecting it to be about an upgrade to the amount of diamonds to the East of the Saltztal West ephemeral stream. With some positive news it should help these shares move forward. | maxmol
27/10/2005 17:10 | Nice tick up today. | sunshine57
20/10/2005 10:35 | Could be a very good time to buy, just had a great RNS with an average of 546 carats / month over the last 6 months. With the chairman Lord Sheppard, Tony Carlton and consultant geologist Dr Donald Sutherland returning from Namibia on Friday 21st Oct. I am hoping for another RNS before the AGM on Friday 28th Oct. It should contain either, extra resources with the Black Empowerment Group to be mined or an UPWARD estimate of the diamonds contain with the area to the East of the Saltztal West ephemeral stream. Times are getting very interesting, a AIM company making profit. | maxmol
15/10/2005 23:34 | Anyone know why the share price has not moved forward on the latest positive news? | frank1e |
