123asd >> I posted the above on Monday mentioning the possiblity of a bid and the issues with the credit line as well Goldmine Sucks bailing but I got accused by Daphne of using a third party source and not doing 'proper research'

I realise now that that I should have used Growth Company Investor as my source as Daphne has done

And you're right the link didn't work for me either

Has anybody posted this before, from last Monday's FT:

...'But reports over the weekend claimed Namakwa was in talks to resecure the credit line and that it had received informal takeover offers.

However, Goldman Sachs, which helped the company float at 181p a share in 2007, abandoned coverage of the company on Monday.

"We are terminating coverage of Namakwa Diamonds to better focus our resources," said the bank. "This is our final report on the company."'

Sorry, the link doesn't work, but do a Google search for "namakwa price target 10p" and you'll find it.

Erm, so its doing a fire sale it doesn't need to do as its so profitable and negotiating a credit line it doen't need as its got money coming outta its ears - and all big nobs bailed from the board because they didn't need to.

Its all starting to make sense now

Anything else its doing which is totally pointless?...

Just waiting for the forthcoming news so I can continue basking in glory and free shares of course.

This BB is now full of my filtered friends and I do not have time to tolerate the bitter ones as my circle have a table booked for 8pm at Rang Mahal. I am sure our recent gains and further gains here will be much discussed ;-)

Anyone notice the total of 6.25M shares @ 10.5p average declared at the end of the day - or is that psrt of Prudentials dump?

Suspect it'll be Daphne claimimg they're all his/hers and he/she has managed to buy at a good price.

Will this cause an overhang?

Views welcome...

I believe she employs an intern to write it for her, hence the poor English and the repetitiveness.
