If you are serious then STX would be an extremely good short term bet IMHO. A US licensing deal for their lead product is imminent and should lead to a 30-40% rise at least.

So if you put £100k in here the price would certainly go up sharply in the first instance but whether you could then sell all the shares at a profit is another question. Please tell me if you are going to do this and let me buy a few first.

Some good points there. VAL was my worst day trade which turned into a LTH which has lost me money, although I have recouped some recently.

WRT N4P if you can buy at 6p unless there is some bad news, which of course is perfectly possible for N4P, at some point the ramping brigade will get the price going again. I am only looking to make a couple of pence, less if necessary.

Given that many an AIM day trade turns into a LTH they'd have no choice other than to sell at a loss! HA HA HA, Hands up, how many day trades have turned into a LTH, plenty for me!

I think the average patience of an Aim investor means most of them won't be prepared to wait that long!
