Cell lines are effectively tumour cells with individual characteristics so you cannot read anything about use in kidney disease from using HEK cells. Cells line are the lowest common denominator; they are easy to use but of virtually no relevance to the real world of treating patients.

Tenuous at best.. especially given that their excuse was "when working with the PBMCs it was not possible to get a sufficient number to undertake all the experiments" which doesn't sit right with me. From what I've read these cells are pretty basic to extract and present in every mouse so it's a bit like saying 'we ran out of mice'.

Well let's see. N4 are working with Evotec to prove Nuvec. Evotec are also working to produce new treatments for KIDNEY diseases. Yes that was absolutely laughable. There is no shortage of mice.....for me it suggests they had an initial go and it didn't work. Just IMHO....

When I was working in the lab 15 years ago we routinely separated out large numbers of mouse PBMCs. I suspect now as you say you can just buy them in their billions. I repeat absolutely laughable excuse....

Ch1rp you forgot to include the part where nigel says they initially wanted to work with PBMC cells.. these are abundant and nobody else seems to have an issue in sourcing them. Genuine question time - why did N4 have an issue with using these cells?

My point is Nuvec is absolutely years away from providing anything useful. There are lots of tox studies to go through first. You are going to be waiting a long time for any returns....

Agree with you Charlie. Tiny pharmaceutical companies rarely get the chance to fast track their products like N4 have the chance to fast track Nuvec and change the efficacy of vaccines forever.AIM and derampers cannot manipulate that:)))

Why . Read the all the recent rns. Don’t rely on me to convince you . Same as you I could be just trying to manipulate the share price for my own gain . I believe in the science and trust in the company. If it works I make money and we all get healthy. If it doesn’t n4 will be trying something new.whats not to like. Ps might have to top up now because every time nobby shows up the price goes up.
