Just re-reading a few historical posts. Thought this might be worth re-posting..

N4p will have to pay a proportion of any royalties received to the university of Queensland from Nuvac/Nuvec. Nigel Theobald has confirmed this will be between 10-15%. This needs to be factored into any future valuation calculations.

After the ONZ reverse buyout, there were 71M shares in N4p. There were also 21M warrants available at 8.5p. That makes 92M shares, assuming price holds.. Plus the addition of 5M deferred shares to NT will actually take N4P to 97M shares likely to be in circulation at some point(rounded to nearest million).

Some of the Directors of Onzima between them have 19% of the shares which they can't trade until May 2019.

Bluetiful start and pattern forming again. Expect it to go red before 9am as it has done every other day and then the buyers enter push this forwards as the day progresses and ends up finishing strong.

I mentioned yesterday the steady day pattern followed with a surge into close. Same story different day. Remember 16p is the 200 day moving average - it goes, this will move quickly to 20s.

And as we have seen all last week, seems like the book building has started again. Good strong consisten buying and trades coming in. Onwards and upwards. Remember 16p is the 200 day moving average, break that and say hello to 20s.

If we break the 200 day MA of 16p, then this goes to 22.5p.

Hold for gold as they say. The 30 - 100K trades are tell tale signs of where we go. If todays session is like any of last weeks ones, we float here and then a sharp rise towards the end setting up the next blue day.

Another 60% raise to get me to break even at 23p and then we see the real uplift to what this company is worth. I think most missed the significance of the last 2 x RNS. Whats the top end for this in relation to the new agreements?
