Escapetohome I am also not capitulating, and I do have a lot.Jeez the capitulation is happening once they start posting that they are selling out and bad mouthing it. Even good old backtoskool has only been doing it since 8p, playing it well safe. Where was he when it was heading higher?As it is, now people are being flushed out and telling us on ADVFN, that sounds like the MM's have done their work.....Backtoskool, come back in two years and prove yourself right then.

Sicilian, I believe the 15m warrants were at the old 2p price and became 3.75m at 8p on reorganisation and they have expired or been converted by 7th June this year. So no dilution there. The recent conversion of those warrants has weighed on the recent price.The director options are possibly also at the old rates. Would need to check (as you can do on the prospectus). The shares in issue at the placing date were circa 50m with 21m added via the placing and 21m new warrants in place at 8.5p. In summary I would say the diluted shareholding currently is in the 100m region.I haven't had time to delve deeper but I'm sure you can in time :)

ZEBBO are you sure? I've just checked the admission document:

Shows 71.7m shares in issue following admission
21.4m warrants to be granted in connection with the placing
1.2m broker warrants
10.8m options to Burnell
3.54m options to Cairns
1.4m options to Titley
0.6m options to Templeton
15m 2016 warrants

I've only skimmed and may be wrong but I'm heading towards 125m shares fully diluted?

Big difference. Just want to ensure I get the accurate figures.

Can someone here enlighten me as to the following:

1. Total number of shares in issue
2. Total number of options outstanding (whether exercisable now or not) and the average exercise price
3. Total number of warrants outstanding (whether exercisable now or not) and the average exercise price

Thanks in advance. Only provable answers sought - no speculation.

This is a young Pharma company developing new products, so of course there's no income stream yet. In fact the end game could be a take-over rather than a regular income stream. Some posters here need to do a bit of research before throwing rocks around!If you want a company with a well established revenue stream, try the ftse100.

Nice Bones, don't listen to the haters, trust your research, back your conviction. Easy to sit in the sidelines and throw stones when you risk nothing. The cream always rises to the top, cracking Mgmt team at N4 and a fantastic business model. The market is there to be exploited, in time they will do just that
