In the early nineties, when I was a student, I started a window cleaning round.

Despite the economy being in the doldrums, I had no problems in building up a big round. One of the appealing aspects of this type of business is the repeat businesss aspect.

In the first month, I might pick up 20 customers. Next month, I would revisit those same customers, plus pick up 20 - 30 more.

It doesn't take long before you have hundreds of customers. It quickly snowballs.

To my mind, the most important numbers are headline profits, cashflow (excluding cost of purchases)and number of franchises sold. All the other numbers are accounts-speak and will not have much to do with the long-term outlook for MYH.

If the company are selling franchises and getting cash in from royalties, shouldn't go too far wrong IMHO.

I think the market will be more than able to strip out the one offs and exceptionals and look ahead to where the company might be today in terms of profitability.

As far as I can see, MYH is valued for failure. It's the only explanation for the current market cap.

Don't think we should get to excited about the results on monday. Company has already said that it has a slow first quarter. This looks great long term, so the forward looking statement is of more interest. There will also be lots of costs with the purchase of ChipsAway etc. (this could be as high as £1 million). There is also a large amount of goodwill on the balance sheet, so with a new FD with might be wrote down. So bottom line the company may make a loss, but should have good EBITDA for the year and improving outlook.

I think penny punters are hiding under the kitchen table.

This market is throwing up some incredible bargains, and this is one of them.

This is a very well company with an extremely robust business model.

Anyone who has done their research thoroughly will know what I do.

I've added two lots of 5000 shares. This seems to be the largest I could get with an online quote.

I tried a third batch, but could not get quoted. Now submitted an order.
