16/6/2008 08:37 | And it is performance related. So either MYH won't do well and will not have to pay it. Or they will do really well, and have to pay it. You can't have it both ways! | gsands

15/6/2008 20:03 | I selected the shares for this week at "UPS" thread Analysis selection Share Volume Chart News Various MYH 25.25p Volume building up last Friday up to 6 times the usual as seller have dry up last couple days Bouncing well after a 63% retracement, Indicators rising from oversold position Last Friday news on the date of Interims on a couple weeks time 30th June. Franchisees are being recruited at an encouraging rate. The £16m acquisition of ChipsAway is worth the same as the whole company now On expectations of £3 Millions for the Year, this represents a P.E. of under 4 the Shares seems well undervalued for a growth company | master rsi
15/6/2008 12:55 | Yes - the daft ruling that AIM stock cannot be held in an ISA is bad news for companies like MYH. I can see no logic for this, but I am sure there is some feeble reasoning behind it somewhere. I too prefer stocks I can hold in my ISA. AIM stocks, as a result of poor market participation by investors, are easy to manipulate. One need look no further than this as an example. | gsands
15/6/2008 10:37 | explains alot, that and many people like to trake stocks in there ISA's. i my self try and stick to ISAble stock | petersmith6

14/6/2008 12:05 | "As a former dealer, I can vouch for the service." ??? | brando69
14/6/2008 12:04 | The recovery in the share price looks very strong, still way down on the 12 month high, which I think, was over £1. Great long-term investment, company look like it will have very strong growth over the next 3-5 years. Although it looks like we will not have to wait that long for some excitement. | lgpixels
13/6/2008 21:00 | The company is hideously undervalued and the results notice was a wake up call. MYH cater to high end users - cash rich, time poor. These people do not live in dirty houses to save a few quid. The Chipsaway service actually helps people save money on expensive paintshop bills. As a former dealer, I can vouch for the service. Plus - painting a whole panel of a car because of a stratch (usual paintshop approach) is terrible. It was one of my per hates in the trade - I hated cars which did not have their original paint. I would much prefer a localised repair, leaving the majority of the factory applied finish in tact. | gsands
13/6/2008 20:49 | Where is everyone?? I had my eye on MYH but obviously not closely enough :-( The company does seem to be undervalued, but I do wonder whether its core services will take a battering in the current economic climate, home-cleaning services may well be one of the first things to go out of the window when people are feeling the pinch, as well as minor retouch repairs to their cars etc etc. I'm really not sure how well they will do in the medium term. I'm also a bit intrigued as to why there has been a sudden spike just because of the announcement of the date of the results. Was this not more or less known? Clearly it means that all of the growth today has been driven by T-traders, which might make it quite volatile next week and on the approach to results. However that doesn't mean that there isn't a good chance of some nice trading gains for the next 2.5 weeks! | cyberbub
