Mhc have enough capital to take out competition with cash and I do believe Directshould be rewarded if it’s warranted with good news imminently.

I hope you’re right Mac and if so there will be positive news to get the price moving up. No point going on the acquisition trail with shares below the last placing price!

Handy giving yourself options at 1.6p in October 2022 Penny - when you talked placees out of 1.75p in January 2021. It makes you look like a mickey mouse outfit.

I’d better be careful though, I wouldn’t want to disturb the sheep.

Agreed. They claim gushing optimism for the business but are only prepared to back themselves with risk free money. The only bright note I can see is that self-serving directors will take their options when they think the bottom is in.

Could have least set the exercise price at 2.25p to give existing shareholders some belief in the business. Wrong move

That is a pathetic announcement !

The directors do appear to know what they are doing with regards to the business performance and their own self interest.

Giving yourself share options at the current market price gives a very clear signal to the market.

No wonder Penny isn't buying any shares. She's just awarded herself 10 million easy options with no price target to meet. As I said, they're taking shateholders for a ride.

As long Covid is rising so is our revenue. I totally agree we need guidance on sales of new products and info on products on the shelves of other retailers etc. I think we would be wise to look at acquisitions whilst many stocks are low and vulnerable.

Speculating then, what keeps the share price down, I’ll put it out there then and say it’s lack of sales forecasts? We agree COVID test sales are happening, profit margin per test is unknown, does anyone have insight/opinion as to what sales figures can be expected for the new product lines? The business is financially sound, it’s products have been developed and are on sale income / potential income - these are the unknowns. What these metrics are / could be will = value of the stock.

I think your absolutely wrong and Covid is rising rapidly. Last winter the LFT were free from government but this time everyone paying are having to pay so revenue will surpass last year.

Think we all need to be patient no matter how hard it because we will get get more than one update shortly.
1, expect news regarding new stores stocking products on the shelves.
2, expect news regarding Covid sales outperforming due to increase in Covid levels.
3, expect news regarding new products in the pipeline.

Agreed. No point in trying to post anything positive or constructive.

I'll leave it to the derampers to keep slagging us and the company off and go elsewhere.

Pity really as this was a decent BB.

Have fun.

As somebody said earlier...it's a great pity you have to be so nasty columbarius.
I have sadly come to the conclusion that the UK stock market is not a good place to be for a year perhaps years.

I have enjoyed the research but I do question recent posters motives here,so will leave you to it.

Good luck genuine posters!
