as above, top up at 3.22, all buys so far showing as sells

Topped up this morning based on the amazing results (in my view).

Spread is 3.20 - 3.30, but MM charged 3.22, so showing as a sell.

My guess is that the MMs are trying to keep a lid on the share, with lots of buys appearing as sells, so the share price appears not to be reacting to the results and so weak holders sell out ready for institutional buying.

Just my thought.

welcome back Brucie. Can't help but think there is a big deal in the offing that they are working on. PINN, CSI definitely on the acquisition trail. CTP..? They wouldn't say no to the right opportunity.

Back in this morning with a small tranche. Chart looks like it's probing upwards again, and depending on results, could be due for a revisit of 4p on the gap. On the other hand, if it was to rejoin the the earlier ascending trend, I can well see Zak Mir's 5p.

Hopefully results are half decent, Joe. I'm more interested to see what's happening on the future pipeline. We were told there was a buoyant pipeline of investment ops. Since then we've seen Sagacity arrive. I'm keen to see what they have in store for Pinn. CSI.. no idea. Looks to me like they might need some more time to close out any potential acquisitions.

Never know, they might have a mega deal for CTP lined up....

Side note.. Zak Mir had a 5p chart target for next two months, but his charts are mostly used for wrapping round the holder next to the bog seat.

If the results are to be released in November, then it will have to be tomorrow, Thurs, Fri or Mon. For the last couple of weeks the share price has risen - not far - but steadily so hopefully word is the results are going to be good. Just an observation of course.

365 Agile has been advised on the Acquisition by MXC Capital Markets LLP ("MXCCM") and has paid MXCCM an advisory fee of GBP62,500 in accordance with the terms of the corporate finance advisory agreement dated 31 July 2015 and as disclosed in the Company's admission document dated 3 August 2015.
