would probably favour the 10/1..leave 320m in circulation. share price of 25-32p. A lot of happy investors no longer holding a thruppeny stock.. we do know how image is everything in the City...

plenty of companies in the market trading higher than their cash and investments..

3.2bn shares will probably end up being consolidated in a 10/1 or 100/1

price action would suggest that the acquisition is getting closer, once that is out of the way they'll look to spend their 30m in cash..
