I tried to buy 5K on friday online with comdirect and halifax and couldnt buy. Also tried to place an order by phone with halifax and again couldnt get any. What's going on with these?

There is a gap in my understanding of the situation with this share (at least I hope so). Around 70% of the shares were bought back at significantly less than the market price, which struck me as some sort of rip-off. Afterward you would then hope and expect that the price would then operate at 10/7 * pre-buy out price and it is still short of this, so why are people so content? My position is of a small-holder who feels somewhat aggrieved.

i recall in the sunday times business about 2 months ago ,stating 2 fund managers rating this stock very highly ,and that they had been soaking stock up at all opportunities,as the word had not spread about this gem. like FAYREWOOD this will rise strongly in the next few weeks. mark my words.

well lom2 ,even at 60p the mkt cap is only 21million,and revenue and profitability improving,the management have made it clear they do not need the cash ,so the only way is up! imho

i cant see what all the excitement is all about. Around 22p was expected to be the share price after cancellation of shares became effective so thats where its come back at. From around 18p to 22p. So in real terms the share price is up around 1p. What's all the fuss about or am I missing something ?

here is the maths (when the RNS was issued and the price was 18p):

Assume 100 shares @ 18p = £18. Cash return is 16.75p on 73 shares = £12.23. Remainder is £5.77 and 27 shares, so the market currently values the rump shares @ 21.5p.

, we expect to break even in the 1st quarter ,is what the ceo said on final results ...hmmmmm i suspect some news soon on 1st quart or half soon. mkt cap will be about 10 mill now,i can see this doubling,imho good luck and hold tight.
