the employee fund sold 4.79% of the company on friday 13 th.Why and to whom?

The graph looks like steps to heaven!!!

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - MS International said chairman Michael Bell has
bought 15,000 shares at 199.5 pence each, lifting his stake in the company to
about 4.15 mln shares or 22.18 pct.
The company also said finance director Michael O'Connell raised his stake in
the company to about 1.2 mln shares or 6.41 pct, after buying 10,000 shares,
also at 199.5 pence.

So not only have the directors not sold any of their recent options to cover their (sizeable) tax hit, they have also purchased additional shares (twice), with the latest being at the all time £2 high. Quite a vote of confidence.

Todays IC write up favourable ..p59...BUY recommendation.However they gave the mkt price as 170-175.
