Yes, fully agree, Epsilon and chairman's daughter, add in restructuring and all the other plans inc £2m recently raised and all the ingredients are here for explosive growth! You don't often get this many factors coming together and this sort of low valuation.Or , to bottom line it, it's fill yer boots time, back up the truck time and collect as many of these babies as possible.

Agreed: some decent buys coming through now. We may be on the threshold of a decent rise at last.

So £18m for 6 months from Allay. You have to add something from other clients.

So assume £25m for 6 months.

They have stated that they are not managing the double digit margin. So let us work on 8%

That gives income to mpm of £2m for the first 6 months: £4m for the year.

They have also stated that they are reducing overheads. After the FWM sale we should be at less than £6m overheads.

So losses reducing significantly. If we can get client invoicing to double (£100m) and 10% margin, then we are looking at £10m revenue and a very healthy £4m annual profit.

Re questions re levels of revenue and also interim expectations, this from the AR end of June helps:The Allay Strategic Collaboration Agreement is the catalyst for the transformation in the level of revenue generated by Mporium during 2019. To date, invoices exceeding £18.0 million have been fulfilled as a result of the relationship with Allay. As previously announced, while it is taking longer than anticipated to achieve gross margin aspirations, the recent restructuring provides greater focus on this opportunity.

14th June RNS
4. Use of proceeds

Assuming all the Subscription Shares are issued, the net proceeds of the Subscription (which is expected to be approximately £1.87 million) will be used to fund the expected costs of the restructuring and to provide working capital to support the reshaped business into late 2020, assuming receipt of a significant research and development tax rebate in the third quarter of 2019.

We should get this anytime, could be in the millions!

ff2345I suspect many on here have done. Assumptions have to be made etc but with the broker note (which is now out of date) and newsflow one can have a stab at it.But what will drive the shares on is positive news flow going forwards and A move towards profitability. To a certain extent the interims are rear view mirror as the restructuring was only complete end of July and so much happened in the first half that should benefit the second half. So interims certainly won't tell the full story, but the forward looking statements should be worth reading!

All this chat about warrants, relations buying, pending news etc etc.....

Has ANYONE done some analysis to get a feel for how the company is doing, or what the likely interims will be????

If not, then your investment methodology is seriously suspect.
