29/11/2006 10:59 | Vuelands, I've been saying the same for months.....imo no company should be allowed to float simply to PIs.....they should ensure that at least 30%-50% of the company stock is bought and held for at least 12 months by a major institution....that would stop all these fly by night directors and profiteering NOMADs in their tracks overnight.....of the FSA will never adopt anything to protect PIs so the only way PIs can protect themselves is to avoid AIM shares and only deal in top 250 and above companies.......look at TVC and CRT for classic recent examples of AIM floatations that have totally shafted PIs.....crazy | badabing | |
