20/4/2017 11:52 | Well last year's finals were on 7th June and here's a snippet : The Group's operating profit was increased from GBP74,385 in 2014 to GBP203,895 in 2015 with CAF continuing to be the principal driver of the Group's revenue and profits (with a PBT of GBP467,428 against GBP240,885 in 2014) and continues to be a leader in its field. MBG's transformation, which followed the extensive rationalisation that was completed in April 2015, into a construction company with a substantially reduced cost structure and a business strategy that limited its choice of contracts to those where consistent margins are paired with low risk. It is now trading profitably and has excellent prospects and it was only the effect of two legacy contracts that were taken on in 2013 and 2014 under the previous strategy that prevented it from recording a profit in 2015. Excluding these two legacy contracts MBG would have produced an operating profit of GBP400,285 in 2015. | jakleeds
20/4/2017 10:19 | That is what I'm expecting - a trading update with new contract wins and an upbeat statement about final results. | mikeh30
20/4/2017 10:07 | Well it seems it's going to be the results in June to take us up to the next level, unless they announce new contract wins before the | jakleeds
19/4/2017 14:48 | Would do but I'm rather overweight here already. | jakleeds
19/4/2017 14:31 | Can buy a sneaky £2000 at mid (1.68) before it jumps to full ask | mikeh30
19/4/2017 10:13 | ""The Board has confirmed that it remains a medium term objective to begin paying dividends to shareholders and this will be assisted by the Board's announcement announced on 24 April that following on from the Strategic Review it had decided to restructure the Group's balance sheet by cancelling approximately GBP3m worth of the loan notes that were issued to Graham Read and his wife and to Andy Collins at the time of the Group's admission to AIM in October 2008.""" | mikeh30
19/4/2017 10:06 | Thanks Mike. A much safer, more solid proposition now imo. | jakleeds
19/4/2017 09:56 | As they promised, founder shares now official (companies house) and debt wiped.Payable on sale of assets of over £20 million.Next is rebranding along with dividends | mikeh30

19/4/2017 07:05 | Yeah, I was only being offered 1.618 whether I went for 100k all the way to a million. So if someone managed to get 1.7p for 500k that was pretty damn good. Let's see what today brings. | jakleeds
18/4/2017 23:19 | Possible I suppose, given you were getting quotes to sell 1m @ 1.618 but it seems a pretty good price for selling 500k | gleach23
18/4/2017 18:30 | I wonder if it was a bit or someone managed to sell them at that price causing the drop in price ? | jakleeds
18/4/2017 17:46 | 500k buy - late reported at the bell @1.7 | gleach23

18/4/2017 12:33 | It's going to 3p guys. We just need the results and maybe a contract win but it's going there | mikeh30
18/4/2017 12:28 | And for the first time I can sell a million shares, at 1.618p They must be very short of stock now, how long can they hold it under 2p ? | jakleeds
18/4/2017 12:10 | Blue boys :-) | jakleeds
