Ask the questions ladies and gentlemen and find out from Motif and their advisers especially the NOMAD who agreed that the transaction for a single US dollar for a potential billion dollar drug to a company called Orange Avenue Technologies, LLC whom no one can find represents “fair and reasonable” value for shareholders.

Imagine someone saying I can sell your house just pay me £100 a month to do it. You say great. 16 months go by and it hasn’t sold. They then say, you know what, if you pay me 10% commission on whatever I do sell it for then I will DEFINITELY be able to sell it. You say that sounds “fair and reasonable value” and sign on the dotted line. Bu the way this unsaleable asset has made me decide to go to the expense of setting up a new company. You just need to know the name of it but not where it’s based. Any takers on your real estate agent setting up in Panama, Cayman Islands or Bahamas? Think there is a significant chance that is the case but who knows. Certainly not the very people who invested in the asset in the first place.

That’s just what’s happened to all the mugs here, including myself, re-Iclaprim and John Palmer.

It’s crossed my mind that John Palmer knows where the bodies are and he is the safest pair of hands to keep those bodies hidden as why would you sell it for a dollar to a guy who couldn’t sell it in the first place?

It’s crossed my mind they want to keep everything in house so they don’t have to explain why they had liver experts on standby when we were blissfully unaware of any liver issues

Lots of things have crossed my mind and none of them have been proved wrong

Has it crossed your mind they still have the knowledge if their only assets. I sold a company in 80's . Its not that difficult to set up again with sufficient variation to avoid any legal action. Heck my hand written notes where purchased for 400 grand

Just the plain simple truths.

Motif have sold their only asset off the back of so many failed promises for other things to a company that no one can find, to a man who was salaried to sell it and all for a dollar. You can actually fail this badly unless you plan it........

Lol, it doesn't exist does it? Orange avenue tech, can't find anything on it anywhere. This just gets better, surely these people should be made accountable by the ombudsman, this is large scale criminality going on here, beyond belief.

People on the LSE BB are going on about how this will make good money for us holders. They don't seem to realise that there wont be anything for us at all. Still I suppose they can dream before their world comes crashing down

Shame no less asks the companies these questions

Why couldn’t Palmer sell it before?

Why haven’t we been given the updates re-US Army and Lamellar as promised?

What’s the upside for the nee patents?

Etc etc

Suddenly 10% commission after Motif gets their salary back $250,000 and Palmer will no doubt find a buyer

So John the farmer Palmer couldn’t sell Iclaprim when he was being salaried for it but now as he can get a 10% commission on it he more than likely can otherwise why set up the company?

Probably incorporated in a tax haven so the greed machine here can continue untroubled

Given the recent announcement it’s now even more disgraceful that Lumsden takes a BONUS from the RTO isn’t?

How can anyone who has not sold the one asset he was paid to do now receive a BONUS of SIX FIGURES for something he has ZERO experience in

He should get exactly the same as the total sum of his experience ZERO!!!

Email the company and ask how they can justify it. It’s so grotesque his greed

Bet Palmer worked hard to seek Iclaprim when he knew these clowns would present him with this opportunity. Probably been smoking a fat cigar waiting for the clock to run down.

Turnaround specialist- don’t be fooled - just another part of the greedy conglomerate who have shown zero empathy for the hard working ordinary investors

What value do you think long term suffering Motif investors will get in the new company for Iclaprim over the new mob? My thoughts are a pittance bit of course Palmer now handsomely profits, Good hugely profits through his deferred salary that has now had 2 EXTRA months of pay due to them being late completing the RTO and Lumsden with his LAUGHABLE BONUS

Yet more guff and hubris from these Director’s who have failed in everything they have done for shareholders yet still say

“ Motif’s Directors consider, after consultation with the Company's Nominated Adviser, that the terms of the Transaction are fair and reasonable, in so far as the Company’s shareholders are concerned.”

Oh yes of course you would say it’s fair without telling shareholders what other options there were. What the new patents with Sandoz mean.

John Palmer has been paid to sell Iclaprim- he failed - just getting a salary wasn’t enough for our John as this company is the place you come if you are part of the greed machine.

Now though for just $1 he buys Iclaprim

Gets 10% of any profits over the debts owed to Hercules

So Motif Directors wasted another load of our cash to hire Palmer to sell the asset. He didn’t but now he can make even more himself by selling it what’s the betting he does?

These Directors are the most grotesque humans of all time. There have literally like vultures picked every last morsel of meat if the carcass and are now eating the calcium from the bones.

Thought I had written by final chapter but I see they have given me another one.

Keep it all house in boys so no one knows what you have all done - can’t deny it’s smart but if there is such a thing as a karma you all have very interesting futures

After the Hercules debt is cleared and Motif gets the next $250,000 he gets 10% and Motif gets the remaining 90%. So what are you complaining about? Or is he another person you expect to work for free?
