1. the farm in with Georgina still exists and the project has not been handed straight back as you put it.
2. There is nothing that I can find that says that in an RNS or on the Mosman web page.

so that again is something you have just made up.

most telling however is that Mosman raised the money for EP 145.
The RNS you posted is about EPA 155. they are clearly not the same project.
