The latest blather on LSE:

"..My email to JB. The reply was pathetic as always. He said obviously I do not agree with many of your statements. He does not give a hoot about us nor the share price

I am aware that you do read the lse board quite frequently and you must have realised your strongest supporters are no longer supporting the company. There is clear evidence from the latest placement that long term shareholders have felt the greatest discontent with the way Mosman is being run.

The last couple of placements have clearly knocked Mosman out. The heavy discount provided to investors show that you as management do not believe in your company bring valued higher. You cannot blame or finger point at any external activities reflecting the share-price.

The pace or the activities to-date are very slow for a company like Mosman. Understand that you are not the operator but one drill in 7 months for S3 is clearly not acceptable. While all you have burnt through the last placing of
£700k.

I belive the latest placing was to get Etx capital on board and not that mosman required the placing?

Judging by the share price and sentiment it is clear you are wholly responsible for its demise. Clearly investors are not interested even though we are valued at mere £1million.."

Haha it looks like the BoD have been rumbled by a bunch of LT buffoons who know FA about the O&G space.

That takes something.

Spray1,

The point is that after all these years, and all the supposed progress being made at this great firm, it is still dependent on raising funds at the bucket shops.

If they didn't need the latest 300K they surely wouldn't have negotiated a deal at such a discount to the then prevailing share price

Maybe you and your chums over the road should negotiate the next fund-raise? ;-)

I read somewhere one poster suggesting they should have got a loan off HPR instead. HOw naive is that?

All this chuff about city spivs etc. Largely noise.

The firm needed funds to exist on present production levels with the horrendous overheads.

The BoD chose to accept a fund-raise at the discount to then share price Take it or leave it. Any disappointment at the last funding raise lies at the door of the BoD.

I remember Spraywit posting for years that the BoD were aligned with PIs.

MMmmm.

JJWFC,

You're on the wrong BB budgie brain.

I think even Spray1 recognises he got that wrong.

Well thought it was the bottom as you say, news flow was coming up with production update, Stanley’s doing well to counter the Arkoma drop and still have an overall rise, then S4, we all know sentiment is a big key and feel that was coming back, until that damn placing at this discount, seems the same across aim though with these bucket shop brokers, there was a phrase that Sweatysock used, lower than the dog dirt on my shoe that the dogs wouldn’t sniff, something along those lines anyway.

Placing amount the same as what Blackstone owe, now is this why production dropped at Arkoma, need workovers maybe and no funds without the third party ? Just a thought ?

Yep 200 million, says they went to a few investors that the bucket shop arranged, but yes let’s make them hold them for a while, serves the greedy pigs right though

So many points made on GC recently which underline the general consensus that shareholders feel even more alienated. (Ignoring those who have popped up looking for a quick 10% on last weeks drop.)

Rightly so.

Perhaps because the share price has largely been in the same trading range for last 9-12 months, people thought that was the bottom - but that was always going to be unlikely. The latest placing has had a more marked impact - 200M of those golden tickets are going to take a long time to clear.

Listening to today's market update from the "Technical Director" it sounds like all focus is on the Baja projects.

Which begs the question what value is he adding exactly over and above the Baja people who seem eminently competent?

I don't see the Texan projects moving the share price near term, in the way that anything JV related in Oz probably would.

And that surely is what the long suffering deserve?

All imho of course ;-)

I reckon that's the last amount of cash the dynamic duo will get away on AIM.

Contrary to what is posted, that looks like all they could raise & at a hefty discount. If the prospects were that good they would be raising at a premium.

So the 300K (before expenses) will be used for so many different areas.

Read - keep the lights on.

This has been a bargepole for years. Looks like the penny finally dropped.

A placing here is very much a possibility. spraytard's cast iron predictions of an RNS being due in the last couple of weeks have been proved drastically wrong as usual (even if one comes out this week). That said, why the delay? If production has increased, why the delay? Smells like a share placing.
