Are people plain thick and stupid.Seriously.These shares are being delisted on 13th Feb.Any rise is to allow the big holders to pass their shares on to mug private investors. They will be moaning later that they can't sell them.

So investors are expected to pump cash into MCL to repay borrowers for their missold loans while the funders face no risk, syphon off remaining cash, and can if they wish exit at no risk…. and this is all going to get FCA approval for a far smaller pay out pot by blackmailing them if we don’t get approval we will place the company into administration…;and that’s assuming current investors have the stomach for a 80% share price dilution and will cough up the cash…He’s having a f@@king laugh!

As soon as potential investors run a slide ruler across it

Stinks to high heaven massive rights issue 19 to 1 that’s a 80% share price dilution with investors expected to fund an unapproved scheme..And that’s assuming investors have the stomach for it otherwise straight into administration come January. Meanwhile the funders syphon off the remaining cash through the back door to minimise their exposure and quietly exit, all risk pilled on current investors with what remaining shareholder value being destroyed. This is an utter basket case of a firm that learnt nothing from the Wonga or Amigo scandals charging nigh on 500% interest to in the main low income benefit borrowers living on the edge so to speak. One for the bin, no prospects, no future, end of!

FCA aren’t going to fall for this bull sh@t cover up story trying to dump the loan repayment funding onto investors while the funders syphon off the remaining cash through the back door leaving investors holding the baby!

It’s also an attempt for the lenders to exit with as much cash as feasible and leave investors to stump up any SOA cash needed to repay borrowers and if not the firm goes into admin. It’s a devious ploy to deceive the FCA that MCL are genuine and sincere in reaching a SOA when reality the company directors are taking their orders from the lenders desperate to get their money back before the firm eventually folds in January.

The news today is that the funding consortium have maintained their existing £25m facility until the end of March 2023. They have however refused to extend it for the next 3 months’ peak trading period. This means that Morses do not have the cash to meet the demand for loans during the next qty so it will damage short-term profitability.

The market reacted badly initially with the shares marked down 16% but I think on further reflection investors will realise that it is not as negative as it might first appear, on three counts. Firstly, the good news is that the funders have maintained their facilities, they could have withdrawn and probably got their cash back in an Administration. Secondly, they are no doubt awaiting a successful outcome to the SOA (Scheme of Arrangement) and finally 3 months of non-profitable lending, whilst waiting for certainty about the business’s future is no big deal and prudent from the lenders point of view.

Following the announcements in February and June - it's not like even the most basic of research would have told investors this was happening. They already told them. It's not about gloating it's about pointing out to investors they should ignore the idiots posting and ramping on every board and do some basic reading of previous news releases themselves.
