Fingers crossed for positive noises today. I am hoping they will make some kind of statement re: diversification into more profitable areas such as rail, and maybe an update on the Slough project?

I bought again at 515p and hope to do well from that, both in capital gain and excellent divi. This still looks a buy on a one year basis.

Down trend has started to reverse, Company has no debt, steady profits, fantastic yield over 7%.

New contract wins announced could see the shares rebound strongly.

This share has been the subject of some analyst interest--e.g. Faraday recommendation. I cannot believe there is so little interest here.

I have bought more at 515p, and am expecting that they will rise gradually. I am pinning my hopes on a maintained divi of 42p, yielding a very handsome return,

I really don't see MGNS as a good short from here!
A smidge of good or even stable news and the shorters could take a trousering!!

Bought into this recently but it appears to be quite heavily shorted & not fun to watch.

Think it a decent long term purchase though & very good dividend while waiting!

I have just re-read the Interim Management statement, in particular regarding the social housing division, Lovells. Whilst rather downbeat, it fails to convey the fact that some offices have made 50% of their staff redundant.

Hardly a good platform from which to bounce back from when more work does start coming in.

Too quick for me to take advantage. Needed to sell in order to buy. Not deramping, but kinda hoping for a double bottom! It would be very nice to get in anywhere close to 500.

There certainly seems to be something fishy here, what are the high frequency traders targeting this for unless something is out there known to a select group.

They will be a bid target at these levels.

£7.50 would do it for me 50% premium to todays price.
