31/7/2020 08:51 | Contracts aside (and yes they are the beating heart of any company) I think the next move for the share price here will be the announcement of the sensor moving on from the dummy virus and going up to Aberdeen for testing on the real thing. Another possible boost could come from the prototype device being unveiled and going into testing on board ship etc | argylerich
31/7/2020 06:54 | so much potential, just need that blockbuster contract with revenue. That will see the 2p - 2.5p resistance gone for good. Then it is 10p target. | onehanded
31/7/2020 06:39 | Blackvulture, nope, but the microtox units will all soon have the ability to detect the specific pathogens like ecoli they are talking about. They can't treat it unless they know it's there 😉. Another 'post-covid' example of where this tech can be utilised. | argylerich
30/7/2020 20:36 | Any thing to do with you chaps.FDA Announces New Protocol for the Development and Registration of Treatments for Preharvest Agricultural Water The EPA-approved protocol can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of treatments in reducing microbial contamination in agricultural waterToday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced a new protocol for the development and registration of antimicrobial treatments for preharvest agricultural water, such as the water used in farm irrigation systems. The protocol was developed through a collaboration with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Companies can now use data developed under this protocol to support the EPA registration of products that can treat agricultural water against foodborne bacteria, which could provide farmers with a useful tool to help protect the safety of produce intended for consumers, like romaine lettuce and other leafy greens. The announcement was made during a webinar on the FDA's 2020 Leafy Green STEC Action Plan."This new protocol is a huge milestone for produce safety and for the Leafy Green Action Plan released by the FDA earlier this year. Working together, the FDA and EPA have supported the development of this protocol that may ultimately help farmers address contamination issues in their water sources and protect consumers from foodborne illness," said FDA Deputy Commissioner for Food Policy and Response Frank Yiannas. 30/7/2020 11:13 | wouldn't say much for being prepared (which they should have been by 31st March), if they only just manage to get their glutes through, just, as the gates shut! | 2magpies
30/7/2020 11:00 | Let's hope they do not take advantage of the full 3 month extension, you will be beside yourself ..... GL | paulcon1
30/7/2020 10:44 | On a 24hr cycle, 'shortly' is NOT 30 days! Let's hope that when they say 'real-time' they are not looking at the cosmological clock!! | 2magpies
30/7/2020 10:15 | 30 days in cosmological time is less than a moment, depends on your perspective ... #arewethereyet 😂 😂 😂 | paulcon1
30/7/2020 07:44 | waiting for anniversary next week for blockbusting news ..... | onehanded
30/7/2020 07:43 | Well, it's exactly 30 days since the company said the final results would be published 'shortly'! 'shortly' = in a short time; soon. Dictionary is wrong then. | 2magpies

29/7/2020 12:17 | This could provide a huge reduced cost funding opportunity for the Monitoring Division to further develop its COVID platform beyond the intitial sewage project, with an even bigger opportunity to cross sell the Microtox range of products into other funded projects as an EPA standard system. According to GB, "One of our ecowaterOS partners based in the US has" (already applied for funding). I happily stand to be corrected but the Monitoring Division of Modern Water is the ONLY part of the Ecowater Consortium based in the US. | argylerich
29/7/2020 10:40 | 'on the verge', as everyhting else races past! | 2magpies

28/7/2020 19:16 | This is why I'm getting impatient for an update/results, to put this talk of fundraising to bed. In the update RNS it was clearly stated that there was a cash balance of £0.2m and a bank loan of £0.4m, so net -£0.2m as at 31st Dec. In the first 6 months of 2019 the monitoring division had made a loss of 248k and central losses were 421k so 669k during the product redesign period for the Microtox and while 'central' was covering for two divisions before the loss making membrane side was closed. In January 2020 MWG raised net £1.68m. Now even allowing for the worst possible 6 months starting 2020 ( despite all the RNS orders) MWG would have to burn through twice the losses of the previous year to run out of cash 🤐 | argylerich
28/7/2020 17:51 | Gerry, thanks again for being so willing to answer doubts and questions on this BB. It's unusual to day the least, but I wish more bods on AIM would do likewise, if they wish to support pi's. If mwg don't succeed in this market, with these products and alliances, I'll be out. But cashraise does not look unlikely. I'd buy an open offer at a higher price, after some company making news. No pressure. ; | brucie5
28/7/2020 16:18 | The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently announced the 2020 notice of funding availability under its Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program, including funding for WIFIA's new state infrastructure financing authority, known as the SWIFIA program. These funding programs accelerate investment in critical water infrastructure through innovative and flexible financing that can support diverse projects in both large and small communities. 28/7/2020 16:00 | Valuation disconnect It surprises me that such a disconnected valuation can exist. But this is becoming less frequent for me each week. I have come to acknowledge the public markets (specially AIM) are both irrational and often slow to see the big picture, in those rare times that you see it quickly and clearly best grab the opportunity with both hands. I have done it with #MWG and #SKIN I have never been more confident holding a stock then I am in holding these shares right now | hamidahamida |
