Selling for 11.825p when clearing a huge seller is crazy in my book even if they paid 11p or less and made £800+ the timing is too soon.

You should be looking for 13-15p if trading or 18-22p for a full recovery if seller is totally out medium term

Up to 11.45 for 100k so maybe due another tick up soon, could be the bottleneck over.

They are happy to take in reasonable size, 100k at 11.1 and 200k at 10.6 so not much of an overhang, if any, I would guess.

mentally it is extremely difficult to sell - what one knows is superb value ( due to own ego/reason battle and when is the right time to sell - as there is no value guidance when one should push the sell button - so it is the "feeling science" mainly)

and submit one to the illogical life realities -

one has to climb stairs of humility and do what is right to do (eg sell) against himself, P&L, BS, sector, market .... and BB "mob"

Buffett never managed to sell value trap Berkshire f.e. - despite knowing it all - he couldnt - he was young - in the process of maturing and before Munger

before one starts going at me again (why did he even start???) - there are different kind of value traps that can not be compared

market was looking at MBO all the time and with primary school math one could figure out the huge value - there were people that looked at MBO and did the math before new crowd arrived - and we can observe historical facts of their reality - share price graph
-------------------------
Munger went beyond value

and told

Buffett about it

I had to learn the "value trap idea" the hard way - and as I am slovenian gardner - I repeated the lecture several times - and failed to get it - until I did. lectures were hugely expensive.

MBO is a typical "case study" from the Munger/Buffett/Graham differences text book imho

I was concerned that never ever a holding RNS was published f.e. - after share vols were consistently high - that was one of the many things that lighten my micro brain bulb

chap

PS MBO imho is a buy again

Yes some decent buying going on at the moment, if there is a seller, I guess that's the only way to take them out. Can't see any risk at these levels

87k buy at 11.45p

Lot of people seem to think it's worth a punt, even for a trade there should be a easy 20% from this level when stock runs dry

Whoever it is, they cant sell for ever. I expect Shore & Peel just biding their time while Wints shift the sellers stock.
Tend to agree that once the seller is done there'll only be buyers left at this level. you have to buy the shares when the supply is there if you want any decent sized holding in the company

Seen the online bid it's 10.8p

Clearly the other mm's want to try and load up ahead of this seller clearing as they could easily be selling it on quickly for 12-15p

Strange they bid 10.8p online but do not move to 10.5p bid on the monitor

Little now surprises me in the market. It's impossible to discern the reasons and actions of others.
Yes, I strongly believe its incredibly cheap for the type of business it is and how it is performing but, for all I know, the seller desperately needs the cash to save something of their own that is on the verge of collapse.
At some point it should become a little more apparent as to who the seller is & why.
As Dave points out, the market in small caps has been pretty dire for most of this year .. I think it's a case that a lot of investors are herding into Large Caps with better liquidity, on a 'just in case' basis & that has drained funds and liquidity out of the small cap sector - irrespective of prospects.

mark

This is the bearish market I've ever seen for profitable small cap stocks. People are chasing up hype, crypto, tokens, loss making, ponzis everywhere and for some reason profitable small caps are suffering.

Take heart in this market there was some 600-700k of buys today so plenty of people see the value and when the seller runs out you could see a quick 50% bounce that might well end up a 100% rise in time.
