13/12/2023 05:00 | The RNS says “As part of the Subscription, WA.Technology Group Limited, an online betting and gambling platform with significant LATAM experience, has invested £400,000.” Actually WA Technology Ltd is owned by Tim Scoffham and was dormant till 31/12/22. So not sure where all this online betting and significant experience comes from. Maybe we can remember the 31/3/21 RNS about the partnership with Quanta Media Group Holdings Ltd which said “Quanta is a developer of high-quality sports and iGaming related product, content and destinations which it expects to launch in the next quarter. The company was founded by industry veteran, Andrew Deeks, in 2019 and is headquartered in London, UK.” Actually it was dormant until 28/2/21 so had done a lot in the previous 31 days! Tim Scoffham has done very well out of MOS. The 11/2/22 RNS said “ Under the Share Purchase Agreement between the Company and Tim Scoffham, the initial consideration of £125,000 is to be paid in shares, to be issued at a price of 0.423 pence per share (the "Issue Price") being the VWAP per share for the three months to 9 February 2022. Additional consideration of up to £75,000 may be payable in shares at the Issue Price (together the "Consideration Shares")” Actually Tim just cloned Livescores and set it up under his own company. So money for nothing, gets your bets for free. But at least it was only £200k plus salary lost. Quanta Media was £730k lost. Anyway, I digress. Let’s just be pretty certain that all the £400k of shares sent to Wa Technology Ltd are right now being recycled because no placing could be done and now it is simply suck whatever remains until acco7nts are not filed 31/12/23 and it goes into suspension and then pops. | purchaseatthetop
12/12/2023 21:13 | They key part is all the Directors had the shares “issue of shares in lieu of remuneration”. So no cash from them into the company. They could not even get paid. This is so toast it is incredible. | purchaseatthetop
12/12/2023 20:27 | It is Tim Scoff's company! Another new pipe dream and another load of money gained through placing. Their new brokers did not do so well in getting them money then? How much more spending will be needed to get another new fledgling type business off the ground? The year end results are going to be a dismal. Bitso Sporting NFT sales still stand at 8. Bitso have a wider reach than these new partners in the weird crypto world. Touted as a billion dollar machine and even they have been troubled to sell Heroes NFT club products. This is a fact | jdave1
12/12/2023 16:47 | Ignore dave he's a bitter and twisted soul that's always negative. | mark0419
12/12/2023 16:44 | dormant companies jdave1? hxxps://www.estadios Looking alive and kicking to moi | petercuntin
12/12/2023 15:47 | "MOS and its partners intend to create one of the largest Sports Media Groups in Mexico" I can't believe the Mexicans hadn't thought about doing that themselves... | dexdringle
12/12/2023 15:38 | Awful RNS. They have no cash and are buying into dormant companies it seems. "Give us 6 months and see where the share price is" Blah blah blah. Another new business. I thought they had an AI tool to nail marketing and promotion. Now they are admitting the NFT need more exposure. You really could not make this up. Another raise before or after last minute results? I did tell you all the NFT sales were horrendous. | jdave1
12/12/2023 13:48 | I might bet on their new site that purchaseatthetop gets run over by his ambulance 100 pound on it.......lolOne of his Co workers hate him also.....like all of ADVFN | mark0419

12/12/2023 09:34 | Seems like a little light might have finally gone on in the head of apfindley. | purchaseatthetop
12/12/2023 09:30 | Are any of these deals actually bringing any meaningful revenues into MOS?We've had about 3 years of hearing about nft's blah blah but it doesn't seem to be revenue generating. All seems like hot air, same with all these deals mos keeps reporting, its all just rns releases and then no followup and no income. Oh well. | apfindley
11/12/2023 12:30 | And inevitable. Zero revenue. Zero cash. | purchaseatthetop
11/12/2023 12:10 | The dumping in this lifestyle pish is relentless huh | terminator101 |
