If you understand business it's by far unethical if these options are minuted in previous board meetings which they would need to be, they can't just award themselves options the week before news !Likely discussed months ago due to the low remuneration they all receive, standard practice in my view.As for a raise, didn't you say by end of May ?

It's unethical from the bod to grant themselves options knowing news is coming which can materially change the SP, my view is that it's bordering on insider dealing. Bit like selling your company to yourself for an inflated price, but hey we've seen that before here so nothing new eh. So let's see little man whether this board of directors are stepping close to the line. What do they call it, spring loading. So it's either that or a way to pump up the share price ready for a fundraise hey we've seen that here as well.

I don't have the inside track and neither do you so stop implying you know the facts when it's pure speculation, the fact you are not invested but come on here with your faux altruistic quotes to save those who are is quite frankly embarrassing.Clearly the options have been done for a reason and a long way from the current SP, the fact you think it's a negative plainly shows your complete hatred for this company which consumes your hours on here and LSE - incredibly strange behaviour all of which will in my view have been wasted.......we will see.
