Wow that's a fairly big claim - so let me get this right you are saying MOS did a raise, then lent Quanta £700k which was owned by associates of the BOD who then proceeded to empty that money into their own bank accounts and bankrupt the company ?

see accounts filed on 19/10/22 for period ending 31/3/22. Loss in year of £705,823 and cash left of £4,679. That was the entire £500k loan plus the £200k supposed to be paid for MOS gone. Nothing left.

That is exactly what I said would happen when the money was loaned (gifted). The owners simply emptied the £700k straight into their bank accounts. All MOS PI money raised in a placing.

That is just one of the schemes here to empty PI money into associates and insiders pockets.

Ah okay PATT - wouldn't MOS have some sort of charge on their assets though against the money ? Something the company could take that might have value, surely the company wouldn't lend money without any security ?

Yes bluesky. The RNS said it was all lost. All £730k. Take a look at Compsnies House. There is nothing left. I told you that in Oct 22 when their accounts were filed showing total value destruction.

For me the silence is because they haven't anything good to say and the options are a non risk attempt to try and lift the share price for a fundraise.

But then again it could be the other option that things are going well and he doesn't want to say anything yet ? - working behind the scenes to create something worth investing in with news that will make people sit up and listen ?The fact is no-one knows apart from the BOD so pure speculation on all sides but as previously stated the silence for me and the share options means something big is on the horizon.We shall see.

I do understand what you are saying but for some reason that I cannot explain, we don't appear to be the sort of company that shouts very loud about what we are doing. Obviously we are not their target market and they appear to be happy selling quietly.I'm sure all will become apparent one day (well I certainly hope so).

I must need to learn more, I'd of thought an internet based company selling f1 nft experiences would promote and market them on line, rather than just posting 'we do that' on Twitter. Followed by a picture of a cap you can win along with an empty hospitality suite. Looking forward to the videos there's got to be more going on than the photos!

They never told shareholders anything about the F1 before the event why should they tell shareholders anything about the F1 event after it ?
