There you go again PATT making wild accusations of impropriety - you really do need to be very careful flinging those about ! |
Not really you'll have to take it up with the company - I know how many I have as do they - an oversight in the reporting perhaps but what does it matter, has no effect on anybody except myself when the price moves one way or the other ! Next bit of inconsequential claptrap you want to keep going on about ? |
Plattlaneboy. It’s not their own money. It is PI money that they have trousered while destroying value and transferring millions into their own bank accounts for zero value to MOS. And it is also part of the game. They put in a small amount that enables more huge sums to be got off PIs. And you have that mercenary lizard Zak Mir pumping the story.
Onto BET. The accounts show that at 30/6/24 they had £345k cash left out of the £1m they raised. They owed MOS £173k that was three months overdue. How much do you think they have left in the bank? £0? The business is like the NFT project at MOS. Was going to earn many millions. Easily achievable. Sky is the limit. Actual earnings…..£0. |
What I do know City is that the RNS on the 25/3/24 stats you reduced down from 353m to 344m, the website last updated on the 23/10/24 says 344m. On the 16/12/24 the FY results you aren't notified above 3% then yesterday you own 320m plus warrants. Something doesn't quite stack up, care to explain? |
He'll be asking for a few bob for a coffee soon off you when MOS goes bigger and higher in value........purchaseatthetop rich Bob.....Richard Bobath your days are numbers........... |
He just jealous of your holdings here with this amazing rise.......remember he had to steal 42k from that charity. So what money he had left he's lost on ENET and AGL. He's now telling porkies over on the STX board saying he's now in profit when he bought in at over 6p and it's currently 2.5p his sums just don't add up............Once a fraudster always a fraudster. |
As I said I'm sure we all see very soon and you'll be a distant memory on this board - Directors throwing £100k of their own money into something that is worth 0 and Stefano from Goldentree with assets in multi billions increasing his holding to 3.5% - Okay PATT if you say so, you'll be in an ambulance yourself soon to the funny farm as I'm pretty sure you have lost your marbles. |
So you are calling me a liar ? - my holding is listed on the website which has increased.Like Amtech you assume many things the majority of which are wrong so I would suggest you stop speculating - then again your days are numbered on this board aren't they. |
Except of course Plattlaneboy. You don’t have 320m shares
In your dreams maybe. But not in the listing of major shareholders.
My point remains unchallenged. Every time Scoffham appears the company skims cash from PIs. Here we have every hope resting on BET which has disappeared without trace. If you check the BET accounts to 30/6/24 you can see most of the £1m has gone on an intangible assets of £675k. So that is a transfer of value off the balance sheet. The supposed 5m valuation came from a dilution of 2.18%. So hardly any cash changed hands.
Have a look at note 11 of page 41 of the accounts
It is all a story. Until BET is launched really you cannot argue. It was supposed to be Q2 24 but absolutely no explanation has appeared by RNS. Why? |
Amtech I still have ALL of my 52,690,476 warrants thank you very much along with my other 320,000,000 shares - as I said you know the sum total of FA. |
I have no idea whether you're correct about Tim having sold all his warrants or not, nor do I care. He's entitled to do what he wishes. It may also be because he doesn't want any of his own clients to see his name backing one specific company with operations in the same regions as them. If you were a company using W A Tech for their online services, the very last thing you'd want to see is that they have literally got a vested interest in watching your competitors doing better than you on the market.Just a thought...But back to my original point. You're categorically wrong that all of the 0.15p warrants have been exercised as I still have my millions.EverySingleOne |
Well this is wrong for starters because I've got all my warrants still (more due to technical issues with my broker) and I'm sure I won't be the only one. |
Not necessarily Patt, City said he hasn't sold any and his disappeared from the FY accounts and he's as honest as the day is long. |
More big trades again announced late today well over 100k again......are lombard still loading up or another entity.......... |
If he had excercised the warrants but not sold them then his number of shares would have been 1.142 billion shares in the Dec 24 accounts RNS, not the 521m stated there.
It’s not complicated. Scoffham is knee deep in skimming PIs with the insiders just as they have done with Krunchdata (£1.5m), Livescores (£200k), Quanta Media Group (£740k), the two Mexican agents (£500k), various NFT advance payments (£1m), now BET through cheap shares snd selling them to PIs.
I see it. You don’t want to. But it’s the way it is. |
Are you also aware that you can transfer shares to other people ? - its common practice therefore they won't show as being owned by WA - perhaps they want to reward key people who are making it all happen ? |
Page 8 of accounts
WA Tech now have 521m because the accounts says so. They got 571m in Dec 23 because the RNS said so. They have got an extra 571m warrants because all the 0.15p warrants have been converted now. Therefore Scoffham (who is WA Tech) has sold at least 60% of his shares. Because their own data says so. |
Dec 23 RNS “As part of the Subscription, WA.Technology Group Limited, an online betting and gambling platform with significant LATAM experience, has invested £400,000.”
That is 571m shares
“Each Subscriber will also receive one for one warrants exercisable at 0.15p that have a 12 month term, are non-transferable and will not be listed.”
Add 571m 0.15p warrsnts exercised.
Total shares 1.142b
20/12/24 accounts say Scoffham has 521m shares. He has sold at least 621m shares. With no sight of BET it suggests he knows something. |
How's your boyfriend, pair of losers....... can't you rejoice that we are well over 1 thousand percent UP.......nice |
Umm,to be honest when Icam invested in the companies new venture with the Q2/24 launch stated I thought things might have change here after all the other failed ventures. That is still not launched after all this time so I have my doubts.Icam never issued a TR-1 which I thought was odd at the time apparently they don't have to if still buying but that goes out the window if you look at Lombard. Then Lynchwood nominees appeared which I presume they've gone into that account.I thought that was odd again not as if people didn't know they'd bought in.Transparency has gone out the window on that score which I don't like, now add in the biggest fan's holding disappearing from the FY results and he's 'not bothered'. |
