("Mobile Doctors" or "the Company")
Resignation of NOMAD
Mobile Doctors has been informed by its NOMAD that it intends to resign with immediate effect in order to avoid a conflict of interest following the announcement of a possible offer by Quindell Portfolio plc.
Accordingly, pursuant to the AIM Rules, trading in the shares of Mobile Doctors will be suspended with immediate effect pending the appointment of a replacement Nominated Adviser firm. A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
