Dividend Declaration
National Express Group PLC is a leading international public transport operator, with bus, coach and rail services in the UK, Continental Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East.
The Board is recommending to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting a final dividend of 6.95 pence per Ordinary share (2013:6.75p) giving a total dividend for the year of 10.3 pence (2013:10.0p) representing an increase of 3% over 2013.
Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2015, the final dividend will be paid on 22 May 2015 to Ordinary shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 1 May 2015.
