24/11/2006 13:28 | I do recall you sending me a few mails ramping up some stocks, i dont remember if i sent you a mail but it makes no odds because Dvs did issue new contracts as promised. | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 13:27 | Just tell me if you agree that you send me an Email ? | liarspoker
24/11/2006 13:26 | Dont matter what i say because you will say the opposite to back up your master. | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 13:21 | Do you agree that you send me an Email Quotes ? | liarspoker
24/11/2006 13:20 | But it is a lie and you know fine well. Have you seen how many contracts Dvs have signed this year and you accuse me of ramping, all my info given to posters on the thread was genuine and did happen. You lot are pathetic, always backing each other up all over this site ! | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 13:07 | You know it isn't a lie Quotes. And I'm not backing CR either. He can stand up for himself. Who do I back where ? Liarspoker actually refers to my favourite book written by Michael Lewis. Have a look at it, you might even enjoy it. Good Luck | liarspoker
24/11/2006 13:03 | Thought you would make up some lies to back up your buddy liarspoker ! Nice name...i understand why you gave yourself it... Considering since the start of the year Dvs have not gone that long without regular contracts i'm surprised at your post but then what do i expect, you back your buddies all over the site.. | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 12:57 | I got an Email from Quotes when we were both in DVS. It said something along the lines of a new contract in the next 2 weeks or so...........of course there was no announcement. If that is not ramping then I don't know what is. BTW there were plenty of claims like that on the DVS thread. These claims also persisted after people 'talked to the company'. Waste of time dealing with poster like that imo. Anyhow just thought I'd add my 2p. I won't post here anymore unless the share price reaches 20p+ ( bid ). :O) | liarspoker
24/11/2006 12:46 | Lads. Calm down. I've always found CR and Quotes both very shrewd and informative. Shame they've fallen out. Any chance of a kiss and make up as me mam used to tell us? :-) | sidebar
24/11/2006 12:42 | CR - I've just done a search on advfn for Dell's posts, and taken a brief look at their content. He does not seem to be invested long in anything, and all he does is deramp trying to blind others with science. Check out BGT, IGA, TPA, AWR, WKS, NTA. He's on all of those and he is basically flitting from one board to the other with a negative spin on each and every board. Can't actually find a board he is positive on! I would suggest that he is an out-and-out shorter, and is targeting stocks with small market caps and low volumes, in an attempt to sway the price. I would be very surprised if he was not short on MKM already. | iandippie
24/11/2006 12:05 | Ah; there it goes again............ | egoi
24/11/2006 12:04 | CR - I have done exactly as you suggested(albeit, I didn't simply "annualise" H2 as the figures don't appear credible in isolation) and now you wish to ignore the results of my calculations? Let me restate it simply: 1) H1 turnover declined from £2404k to £2171k in H2(a 10% decline). Should we extrapolate that decline forward? 2) Gross margins in H2 were only 22%, a 35% decline from the 34% Gross Margin in H1. Shall I extrapolate that decline forward?. So we have two key figures showing decline from H1 to H2. Moving on, the only reason we get an improved result in H2 is due to an incredible reduction in admin. In H1 admin was running at 56% of turnover and dropped to 17% of turnover in H2. Does that sound at all realistic to you? Are we to believe that admin costs as a percentage of turnover dropped by 70%? Wouldn't you agree that it's prudent to consider the figures with costs apportioned more equally? Isn't it a concern that this exercise produces results that are in stark contrast to those that you are basing your decisions on? i.e. The first half loss becomes a small profit and the H2 figure drops to a significant loss. Director purchases are interesting, although they usually buy for the longer term(as they can't sell without trashing the price) Do you really think they were expecting to double bag in such a short space of time? However, if you want a conspiracy theory, there are more than one reason for director purchases aren't there? It's possible that the last results were manipulated along with the director purchases to raise the share price for a paper acquisition. That wouldn't be unheard of, would it? I have to say that I find your confidence here in the face of such anomalies in the figures to be rather strange. Declining turnover and gross margins, with only some very strange slewing of costs producing an improved second half result doesn't sound like a dead cert in my book....... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
24/11/2006 12:03 | I don't 'associate' with anyone (hence why my posts are usually ignored on threads like this -:) ) but what I do notice is new arrivals on a thread often after a sharp rise who have missed the boat (apt in this case!) and spew jealousy, start twisting the figures and questioning director buys for example and frantically try to talk the stock in question down so they can get in. I notice it on this thread. Usually the sad truth is they can't stand to see others make money when they are punting losers. eps of 1.4p would make 25p given future growth a fair price here so i continue to believe it to be undervalued. The share price action is hinting we will get an upside surprise with December numbers. | egoi
24/11/2006 11:52 | Amu ! I remember that, it went from 100p bid to 127p bid after you rubbished it :-)) | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 11:44 | I'm not that pathetic quotes. As for not hiding your namechane - then why change it? I've never had you own up to me that you wer eDaydremer - despiter you trying to get me to look at AMU higher up the thread - now there's honesty ay? CR | cockneyrebel
24/11/2006 11:40 | Then filter me, you're a premium user, start a new thread and ban me from it ! Could'nt be easier ! ps...i've never made no secrets about my old nicknames..i have nothing to hide ! | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 11:38 | yeah, same old Gravey / Daydreamer, attacking no end of people you've had to keep changing your name to hide. CR | cockneyrebel
24/11/2006 11:37 | I'm just realistic, your just a plain ramper ! | quotes_4_u
24/11/2006 11:23 | dell314 - you're free to yourt opinion that it's window dressing, if it is then it's strange that directors are risking their own money buying shares. "Realistically, I'd suggest that it would be prudent to wait for the next set of results" quite frankly then you may as well forget this share. If the results are mediocre you won't be interested, if the results are good you'll never get to buy at a decent price - so why be interested? Yep, Webb has had some dogs but over all he has a good reputation for a stock picker. You can say you don't believe WH Ireland, Webb's no good, window dressing etc and perhaps you're right but that's taking a negative view of everything in front of you and also doesn't explain why directors are buying shares. Best of luck, I guess you're either a half empty or half full person and that's what makes a market. CR | cockneyrebel |
