27/11/2006 14:38 | "You want us to discuss what you said but take 3 days to answer a simple question like have you read the WHI note?" CR - Firstly, you've got to be having a laugh, if you think I'm going to be spending my weekend conversing on ADVFN boards! Secondly my interest in this stock is secondary to many others, so it isn't a continued focus of my attention. Thirdly, whether I am here or not, I'd have thought that those with a higher interest in this stock than I have might have considered the points raised. Anyway, FWIW, you appear to have disagreed with my observation about momentum traders and then largely agreed with them. Liarspoker - thanks. I'll take a look later. All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
27/11/2006 13:56 | "Surely, it's more likely that those buying at higher prices on Friday were attempting a squeeze, or momentum traders, rather than fundie investors, as the cap was starting to look decidely inflated IMHO". I disagree. The only reason for anyone attempting to buy @ 19.5p has to be to make a profit and that required the bid to exceed that in some way. What you are actually saying is the next time this rallies like that the same thing will happen then - which I tend to agree. Punters like to buy shares moving north imo and usually get caught in the frenzy. Buying a dip when there is stock about and things are quiet is the way to make real money, that 's why I picked up my 100K @ 7p while everyone else was happily chasing those things that were rising on a spike. You want us to discuss what you said but take 3 days to answer a simple question like have you read the WHI note? I said Friday that we should wait for the results. You seemed to think the same so lets do that. I think you might be paying a lot more then tho, but that's your prerogative. CR | cockneyrebel
27/11/2006 13:47 | Look on the MKM website in the header for the note Dell. Easy as that. | liarspoker
27/11/2006 13:40 | CR - Why is it "quite amazing"? Surely, it's more likely that those buying at higher prices on Friday were attempting a squeeze, or momentum traders, rather than fundie investors, as the cap was starting to look decidely inflated IMHO. I have to say that it's disappointing that most of the conversation here since Friday has centred around personal attacks rather than sensible debate. I would have expected rather more consideration of the points that I raised, although the lack of interest would support the view that this share has been carried by momentum lately, rather than deeper analysis. FWIW, in answer to your question earlier, I haven't seen the WHI note yet and my attempt to find it on WHI's site failed as they appear to be updating their research sections, at the moment. If you'd care to post it here, I'd be interested to give it a onceover and see what assumptions they use to justify their forecasts. All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
27/11/2006 11:28 | Quite amazing how punters were queuing up @ 19.5p to buy on Friday but sit there and stare when they can buy @ 15p. CR | cockneyrebel
27/11/2006 09:10 | A little top-up for me (10k @ 14.75p). ;~) | jed tinsel
27/11/2006 08:50 | Trend break support 14p. That should hold it. | chester

25/11/2006 19:42 | Kael 'You ask how much it is worth - let me ask you. A company with a dodgy track record also known as "1 dodgy year" (real strong business model there) that cannot make a profit as of yet.' The island of Java and and New Orleans had superb track records but a tsunami and a hurricane put an end to that record so what chance did MKM have? Perhaps you should wait till the results to judge? CR | cockneyrebel
25/11/2006 19:31 | God, and I thought that this looked a civilised BB! Stop the squabbles and let's have serious views only on this share. | huntie2
25/11/2006 17:50 | By the way I forgot to mention their client list. If you care to look at their website you may find a few companies you recognise. Michael. | michaelmouse
25/11/2006 17:03 | Whats it to me? I dont think I understand what you mean (did you even read my post! LOL). I mean I am allowed an opinion, it being a free bulletin board and all. Filtering, what a good idea. Maybe you should use it when you select a stock to pump - oo er - I mean trade. BTW what possessed you to buy such a tiddler. Wait dont answer that idle question... :-) | kael
25/11/2006 16:57 | Well, you do quack like gravy, Kael. What's it to you, if you have no shares and never had any? But don't answer that idle question, because I'm about to filter you. :-) | diogenesj
25/11/2006 16:00 | It's heartbreaking to sell a stock when your up over 150% but i will be able to sleep at night, it never has bothered me what a stock does after i sell, i certainly dont need to invent handles to deramp a stock after i've sold, i'm sure kael will be amused when he returns to this thread to see he's been accused of being a alias of myself :-)) Large gaps on charts can only be backed with great fundamentals, maybe indeed it will do just that but i'm more than happy with my return. | quotes_4_u
25/11/2006 13:06 | No resistance 'til 25p 0n the chart - you've sold way too early, 'daydreamer'. (guffaw!) | jed tinsel
25/11/2006 13:01 | LoL! You're self-incriminated and you know it - but as ever you can't defend yourself in any other way than accuse others of what you do - bullying. You're still the old Daydreamer/Gravey that's for sure. My name is the same - remember that. CR | cockneyrebel
25/11/2006 12:53 | You really are upset over this one cr ! Accusing me of things i have not done, i'm going to leave you to stir things over ! Dont ever think you can call me deceptive and get away with it ! You're a bully on this site and use your friends to back you up ! Pathetic | quotes_4_u
25/11/2006 12:49 | I'll tell you how. I and many others never knew you were Daydreamer - that's how. If you didn't want to deceive why not openly state it when you changed names? Why not still sign off Gravey? That's how it's deceptive, you've been here for a year as another handle without making it clear. Now that's fine, I don't have a major problem with that but don't go around accusing everyone else of crimes and declare yourself cleaner than clean on the honesty front whe that's what you've done imo. CR | cockneyrebel
25/11/2006 12:39 | How can using a new name which i've used now for well over a year be deceiving cr ? I cant wait to see how you answer that, i dont hide my id, i dont post with 2 or more names at once, i have one username and it's this one, is this all you and your mates have to go on, i wont be bullied by you and your clan just because i've told it how it is ! So who's next...liar or cambrium i wonder ! ps. When i stopped posting for a while last year i asked advfn to remove my d-d nickname because i didnt want the temptation to post, so when i returned i set up a new nickname | quotes_4_u |
