Substantial buy:sell ratio 6:1 so far today, has to be leaky can't just be speculation on this evening's presentation as they can't issue any new news at the event.

If share price undervalues the business could be vulnerable to a low bid.

You are not going to set up a presentation and invite
'private investors, private client brokers, fund managers,
financial institutions, hedge funds, buy and sell side analysts and
journalists'
if you didn't have a good story to tell/good news to spread - if you didn't you would be ripped to pieces. I see it as very positive indeed.

I thing we have to give Vasquez the benefit of the doubt here. He has been spot on with what he has said would happen. Depressed share price does not mean depressed company.

Best just to wait until something is announced. Things could look very different in a couple of months time.

Best

I'd like to think that and it's true they haven't given clear enough guidance.

But being cynical they've already got the dosh so don't really need to boost sentiment unless the weak share price is affecting potential deals. Then again they've said new deals will be announced after the return from holiday so could be before the forum on 11 Sept. Then they could answer questions and bask in the glory at the same time..hopefully:)

The other possibility is the deals could be underwhelming and need some spin:(

I guess given the share price is down 30% while all that good stuff has been happening they feel that they haven't made the investment case yet.

Wonder why the presentation, they've done funding so what's to sell re the investment case, new contract announcements via rns should be doing that.

Partly
Co has indicated other large contracts are in the offing....

Post period highlights

- Inaugural Tier One contract win in Latin America following a USD $1.4 million trial
- Strengthened institutional investor base
- Placing to raise GBP3.5 million at a price of 12.5p - providing
funds to strengthen the Group's position within the Over The Top ("OTT")
market and Latin America

Commenting on the future outlook of the Group, José Luis Vázquez, CEO of mirada, said:

"We have now entered a new stage in which major players are showing
an increased interest in our capabilities. The Company is an advanced
negotiations with other potential customers, and we expect to announce new
deals after the summer break. References are key in this market and we are now
winning really important ones."

The marginal profit on new contracts appears very high - though the costs of selling probably reduces the early years' contributions.

At a current capital value of £14m and share price around 12.5p it would seem that two or three additional £1m pa contracts might transform the profit and prospects - and share price

The balance sheet is loaded with intangible/goodwill assets and even after the recent share issue still appears to be fragile - so everything seems to depend upon short term success in closing high margin deals.

Have I got the gist of this share or are there other critical or positive factors to consider?
