This is a really sad day.

I would quite like to join with some sort of joint shareholder action, but I'm a little concerned about being associated with other shareholders who said that VAT was resolved.
That doesn't appear to be true, so I can't see what we're actually going to complain to the FCA about?
Not sure we were shafted by current BoD?

New RNS out: It's game over.
I thought Amir said VAT was sorted? Why would you lie to us about that?? Stock, you confirmed it too? It was never sorted, and you've led us all down the garden path.
Looks like BoD set up those companies to save jobs.
This is a massive shame, but that VAT part of the Allay deal needs to be looked in to very carefully.
Has anybody spoken to the FCA yet?
