Stocktrend2 You have been a trojan with this. I can feel your anguish! If it's any consolation I have sore memories from the time of IZODIA plc 80p to £40 and I got in at £30 only to discover the directors ran off with the £40million that was in the bank. From my £80k investment I got back £246. As a side note one director went to jail the other committed suicide! I also went in hard on Independent Energy who were promised of a white night savior only for the next day it be suspended, liquidated and the white knight bought the company minus the shareholders. In my mind this was my Xmas bonus back in September and now I'm left reflecting on why it took me 15 years to dip my toe back in! You can only hope that Tom Smith never sleeps with both eyes shut for the rest of his life if he has pulled a fast one!

What he meant by off the board is that until today you could not see the MC 52 week high and low recent trades etc, only the posts... today you can... not sure if it means anything but he did say its nor the first time ive seen it so i assume he has seen it in a previous company that was suspended only to come back right off to enjoy my weekend

Well whatever the scenario, it would appear that indeed something IS happening and not just nothing as would be the case for a 'simple' administration. I have a feeling we may well be pleasantly surprised next week.......let's see.

The other reason i can think of its changing the company name to da vinci opco and moving the assets across but would just need approval from shareholders

New company wouldn't want to reverse into a co (mpm) that has lots of liabilities, not to mention shareholders!This way they can buy the assets of MPM for sod all and start again, no debts, no shareholders other then themselves.

Something is going on.. as u say admin is a quick process for a company like this! The woman at fincap told me she doesnt think its going into admin i asked why she said rumour mill obviously she has no money here so could say anything but being their nomad i would think she knows more than us i think an rns next week is almost 100% certain
