I have just been told that Mike Neville will be chairing the Gold Oil EGM which is being held at the offices of Seymour Pierce at 09.00 Friday 10th August. Unless you hold Gold OIl share certificates, you will not be able to attend but you may want to have a word with him when he leaves.

I suggest all of you that are not happy with Mike Neville, you set out your reasons and concerns and send them to ALL regulators. If there are sufficent letters they may well be forced to review his history and that of fellow directors.

Surely it can't be that easy for them to just slip away without any notice. What happens to the remaining assets in the company(will probably make a few people on here giggle), they claimed Tucumcari was worth tens of millions, it must be worth something! Shouldn't anything left over be shared out to its shareholders?
